At-home entertainment features include a bumper pool table and a card table, along with smart TVs in every room. A fireplace and plush sofas set the stage for family gatherings in the living room. The open-concept kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and beautiful counters, including a large eat-in island. Everyday essentials include mounted mini-split air-conditioners in every room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary suite includes a private bathroom outfitted with a luxurious soaking tub.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
