„Easy check in, great communication with host, very nice to have a garage to park our car. Stairs were not a issue for us. Nice to have a large washer/dryer. Linens on beds and in bathrooms were lovely. Only suggestion would be to add normal size coffee mugs to kitchen set. Gave a 4 star for the incorrect address on VRBO, but location worked for us. „Great stay. Lots of stairs.Street parkjng unless you have a sub compact vehicle.Close to beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, transportation.Best for a couple or single person. „The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.“

„All in all a great listing, clean, well equipped and great location, about the only minus points I would give are as follows: It would have been helpful to have an info sheet, with the host contact info, emergency numbers, house rules, and the most important for myself as a business traveler, the WiFi password. I worked for a vacation rental company nearly 3 years and we always recommended that hosts have an info sheet at the listing, and in our case it would have been essential to have ...

„Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. But would come back again. “
