S. 30A Beachfront Condo, Breathtaking Gulf Views!

A newly remodeled BEACHFRONT townhome on Seagrove Beach, just steps from the sand and unobstructed views of the Gulf. This beautifully renovated home was designed by renowned Pierce & Ward Interior design company. This property offers picturesque views from the living room, the master bedroom and two private decks. The property is ideal for up to six guests, featuring a master with king bed and private deck, an additional bedroom with a queen bed, and a cozy private room with built-in bunkbeds. The queen guests bedroom and bunk room are connected, the bunkroom is a pass through.

The home also includes four new Smart TVs and a plush L-shaped couch where family and friends can watch the big game or enjoy the sweeping view of the crystal blue Gulf. The adjacent private deck features a table for six and two chaise lounges, perfect for relaxing, dolphin-spotting, and enjoying the sunset. The kitchen features brand new appliances and all amenities. The secluded beach is just 100 steps away, down a sandy path. This home is a true retreat and a perfect location along 30A's coast!

Seagrove Beach is perfectly settled between Seaside/Watercolor on the west, Alys/Rosemary Beach on the east. Close to all the restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowds and in your own neighborhood. The best of both worlds!

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Fabulous condo with an ocean view
We stated in Unit 11. This condo so adorable. The decorations are so unique which I just loved. Had a warm feel and loved the open kitchen and living areas. I stayed in the queen room and it was perfect. I want to make a comment regarding the two wall outlets next to the beds. Only one of the two outlets on each were working. In todays world, we need both working on each receptacle. Thank heavens I travel with a small power surge. I am sure management will get that fixed asap. The other issue was there were only 4 forks for a 6 person condo. A new set of forks and knives would be helpful to your next guest. Overall it was a great place and if and when I get back to Seaside, unit 11 is where I will stay. :-)

Small issues
Very dim lighting in condo. Upstairs are three bedrooms however only one small closet for hanging. Limited kitchen utensils. Only one dishwasher pod provided. Electrical went out one morning while cooking breakfast and we had to call the management to find the breaker box to finish cooking. Furniture group in living room was very uncomfortable… was old and need new cushions. Initially we could not get the televisions to work as the remotes were defective and upstairs televisions had been unplugged. The good news is that the management team was very quick to respond to calls and text messages.

Perfect location
The location can't be beat. Do not rent chairs through the suggested companies. It's about 10-15 mins away. There was a company directly on the beach out front renting chairs and umbrellas and that worked well. Our favorite location so far!

Dirty-musty condo
We just spent the weekend in condo 11 and if you’re looking for a place close to the water that smells absolutely musty and antique-ish; this is the place for you! Don’t get me wrong-anytime I had a concern-the response time was fairly quick so that was nice however, we were told with our booking that we received two beach chairs and an umbrella but we were give the names of two companies that are no longer in business so we had to purchase chairs/umbrellas-with no credit. We were told there were extra chairs in the storage closet below-indeed there was if you want to dig through the mess and find them. Half the outlets in the condo do not work along with the microwave and ninja mixer. So plan accordingly if you’d like to cook anything! The bedding in the main room was stained. If you don’t mind snuggling in something that smells like sweaty urine or prefer sand and pebbles in your bedding-you’ll want to stay in the side room with the queen bed!! We had to wash that bedding when we got here. We have children and don’t mind an occasional critter but when you rent a place that has a rating of 9.5/10 and you find a cockroach in your bathroom…that’s disgusting. Looking to receive a staph infection? Sit on the couch in the living room. Not only is it stained up but it smells horrid. The kitchen cabinets have food stuck to them from renters before! If you have kids-you might not appreciate the giant photo of a naked gal hanging right next to the tv!! Won’t be back.

Pros: views of the ocean,close to restaurants and a good price for location, newer appliances, good coffee maker Cons: dark lighting especially in 2nd bathroom upstairs, wood floors are unfinished so rough, the couch cushions sag and couch needs replaced.. not comfortable. Musty smell in the unit.. not sure if it’s due to the antique furniture or what. Outlet didn’t work in master bathroom, front door lock was tricky to enter

The place was adorable. We enjoyed the beach view. It would have been nice to have a grill on the back porch. We would definitely stay again. The only thing would be the description, there are a lot of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us but if my parents would have came it would not have worked for them. Also, can I just say again that the place was decorated so cute. We enjoyed looking at the various details in each room.

Beautiful Place to Breathe
We’ve never been to the beach in the fall, and weren’t sure what to expect. We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful weather in a more beautiful setting. The condo, which has been professionally decorated, had the most gorgeous art, decor and finishing touches: everywhere you looked, every tiny corner, was something of interest. It was the most aesthetically pleasing vacation rental we’ve ever had. On top of that, the furniture was lush and comfortable. Everything we could need was provided (with only one exception - an oven mitt would be lovely 😊). I could tell that during warmer months the upstairs would be a little too warm and it was warm for us too, but that was remedied with several large floor fans that are there that kept things comfortable and cool in each of the bedrooms. We just put them where we needed them. Cooking in the gorgeous kitchen was a delight - we like to eat breakfast and lunch in the rental and only eat out for dinner. The location to the beach was a short walk and the view from the balconies were perfect. Only a short drive takes you to anything you could need (like a Publix) and restaurants, with Seaside just a little further down. We highly recommend the Art & Soul Boutique (which is in a little shopping strip directly across from the turn in to the neighborhood) for awesome souvenirs created by local artists. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better time away as a family. I also think fall was the perfect time to come.

Perfect area so close to the beach
We loved this beautiful little townhouse! It was the perfect location and so close to the beach. We had bikes and the kids rode everywhere all the time. It’s such a safe area. Restaurants and shopping are all just minutes away. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed and then some. The property manager was so helpful and easy to reach! We will be staying here again!

Perfect location for beach relaxation
I'm usually pretty terrible about reviews but this property was IDEAL for our recent family vacation. Having stayed at a similar property in the same neighborhood a couple of years ago, we were excited to find this recently renovated condo. First, the unit itself was perfect. Great kitchen, spacious living areas and bedrooms. And, of course, the amazing views! Every morning was spent watching dolphins cruise the shallows while sipping our coffee. Being only 100 yards or so from the beach was the big selling point for our family and this property delivered. Easy setup of our beach chairs every morning, convenience to "run back to the house" for a snack, nap or forgotten sunscreen, and relaxing dinners on the back deck while watching the sun set made this stay AMAZING! If you're not into the busier scenes in the more intensely developed areas like Seaside and Rosemary Beach this part of Seagrove is the spot you're looking for!

Perfect family stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! Best VRBO we’ve had. Communication with property management was easy, the location was so nice, and the place was perfect for our family: 2 adults and four children (aged 1, 3, 6, 8). There were so many personal touches; books for varying aged children, beach towels, stocked kitchen with appliances to make the stay easy to eat in every day. The decor was fun and felt like we were guests at someone’s house. Beautiful ocean view from living room and master bedroom. We will definitely be back! We brought a beach wagon to use to carry our beach stuff to the beach and glad we did! The walk wasn’t far but if you’re carrying a lot of kids toys, chairs, etc., it’s just far enough that you’d want a beach wagon.
