„Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Ventilator und großem TV mit vielen Programmen. Sogar die Fussballbundesliga wurde live übertragen. Obwohl das Hotel in dem etwas problematischem Viertel Tenderloin liegt und sich dort viele Obdachlose aufhalten, konnte man sich bis abends 22 Uhr sicher bewegen.“

„The holiday apartment did not meet our expectations. All in all, the holiday apartment seemed unkempt and unclean to us. We found the furnishings more like youth hostel style. Everything seemed extremely unloving to us. In the room description it was written that there was a balcony or terrace. However, we were given a room without a balcony or terrace. The landlady told us that we should use a small metal table and two chairs in the hallway directly in front of the other holiday apartment. ...

„It seems like the idea of this place would cool but it was not. I get it, it’s an old hotel no big deal, but the room was nothing like what was advertised the rug smelled old, there’s was no art just the creepiest wallpaper I had ever seen covering major cracks on the wall. We didn’t even stay there my wife took one look at the room and went ballistic what a horrible experience and a waste of money.“

A few, minor improvements are needed: poor heating, blinds don’t block enough sunlight, sleeper sofa is extremely small, and both the sofa and bed could be more comfortable. „Die Wohnung für 2 Personen war optimal. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Toilettenpapier, Müllsäcke, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Kaffee, Gewürze sowie Schampoo war alles da. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, man geht mehrere Etagen runter und auf jeder ebene ist etwas zu endecken, leider noch nicht ganz fertig, aber man sieht dass da viel Arbeit steckt. Die Wohnung würde ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.“

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral am Pier und man ist mit der Tram oder Bus in wenigen Minuten an allen interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig aber wenn man nicht unbedingt einen lauten Zimmer-Nachbarn hat, ist das nicht weiter schlimm. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Wartezeit bis zum Flug am Abend konnten wir super im Game-Room überbrücken, sodass es dem Kind nicht langweilig war. Koffer kann man derweil unterstellen, um noch die Zeit am Pier oder in der Stadt zu genießen. Preis/Leistung passt! "
