Three floors with tropical decor in the Victorian District. A modern house in the historic city of Savannah near Forsyth Park. Nestled in the Victorian District this home has modern amenities and bright inspiring decor throughout. The main floor has a double parlor layout with spacious living room, dining room and open concept kitchen. Bedrooms 1 (Queen bed) and 2 (one Full/Double bed and one Twin) are on the second floor. Bedroom 3 with King bed is on the third floor with en suite bathroom & window seat daybed. The home is situated on a double lot with a spacious fenced in yard. Off street parking is behind the home.

Wonderful property!
There were 3 of us staying at this property for a 4 day visit to Savannah. The house provided us plenty of space with each of us having our own large bedrooms and full bathrooms. Two are on the second floor and one is on the third floor. All of them are beautiful with large comfortable beds and full bathrooms. The bedroom on the third floor even has its own sitting area. The house is beautifully decorated with a lovely dining room, sitting area and full kitchen. The pictures don’t really do it justice. You definitely get the feeling you are in old Savannah, but with a modern twist to the decor. There is a lovely back porch with a swing and a seating area. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The only issue was there is no key to the front door as everything has electric locks so we had to leave out the back which led to a small lane that made us a bit uncomfortable when returning home after dinner later in the evening. There is a parking space right out back for your car. The neighbourhood was very safe and quiet and we walked to all the restaurants and historic districts. I just would have preferred to be able to enter in the front door from the well lit street. Everything is within a 15 min walk and I highly recommend The Olde Pink house for that old world charm and Flora and Fauna for an excellent meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for walking (all the way to River street). House is beautiful and clean. It was very comfortable to stay for our 4 night trip. Two bedrooms on second floor and the 3rd is on the third floor. Lots of stairs but I was fine with it.

Wonderful Home!
We were in town for my son's wedding. The location of this lovely home was perfect. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms large and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and the family spent lots of time on the breezy porch with the cozy swing and chairs. I would rent this beautifully decorated home again!

My son and I took a Mother-Son trip to Savannah and stayed in this lovely home. It was perfect in every way. Great location, we walked everywhere, perfectly located a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park which we enjoyed every day. It was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The house is just as beautiful as shown! It has 3 stories and 3 full bathrooms plus a half bath on the ground floor. The top story is like a suite - very spacious with comfy bed, desk/work area, and a sitting area as well. There is also a large window seat type spot which would fit a twin bed. This floor alone would be fine for a family! The house is comfortable with full kitchen and a large yard. It is easy to get anywhere in town from here, and we enjoyed coming back to rest before venturing back out to taste and see all that Savannah has to offer.

Birthday Trip to Savannah with sweet tea and a porch swing
The entire experience was heavenly. The property was beautiful inside and out. The house was spacious and there was enough room for everyone to relax. The large backyard garden was the true gem!! We loved the swing and the towering crepe myrtles that outlined the yard. It was like having our own secret garden. All of the main sights of Savannah are within walking distance and there is plenty of room to park.We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. Clean with all the amenities you could want. One problem was city garbage pickup in the back alley where you enter and exit and park was not done and it was full when we arrived and remained so for the entire wee we were there and the temps were 90s so smelly of course. Contacted host twice just to let her know and we used the other cans as instructed but some of them were fill to overflowing as well.

Perfect home and location!
I cannot say enough good things about this home and the experience with the property manager. Our group of 6 adult women planned a 70th Birthday celebration for my mom in Savannah and after lots of research landed on this home because of the amenities and location, as well as the wonderful reviews. I can honestly say it was everything we wanted and more! First, the home is even more beautiful in person- the photos do not do it justice. The colors and furnishings are beautiful, comfortable, and capture the feel of the city without being too formal. It was very clean and there were coded locks on all exterior doors and gates, which was convenient and also made us feel very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few blocks from Forsyth Park. Also located just a short Uber ride from a Kroger market and all attractions. We walked to many popular places as well! The back porch and yard are lovely and we really enjoyed the porch swing! We did not encounter any issues during our stay, but had a few requests and when we reached out to the property manager, she responded quickly and did her best to help! She even provided a lengthy list of recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do while in Savannah. If you are heading to this lovely city book this home- you will not regret it!!! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place for us to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday! I hope to return to Savannah, and will definitely stay here!
