Offener Wohnbereich mit kuscheligen Kissen, bunten Decken und einem bequemen Sofa, das in ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste umgewandelt werden kann. Das Herz von Downtown Sebastopol ist weniger als eine zehnminütige Autofahrt entfernt, und zum Sandstrand sind wir zwanzig Minuten zu den Stränden der Bodega Bay!

Das Landhaus befindet sich in ländlicher Umgebung in einer von Bäumen gesäumten Allee, die von sanften Hügeln der Weinberge umgeben ist. Unsere Landschaft ist eine Liebesarbeit, die sich fortsetzt. Sie können jedoch gerne durch den Apfelgarten spazieren und die Pferde unserer Nachbarn sehen. Im Winter kreist ein plätschernder Bach um das Grundstück. Gerne können Sie Äpfel und alles, was sonst noch auf dem Grundstück wächst, auswählen und genießen.

Immaculate and Spacious Vacation Rental
In a beautiful and tranquil location just south of the town of Sebastopol, this property is perfect for a getaway that is still close enough to drive to neighboring attractions. We were immediately struck by the spacious interior, spotlessly clean, with updated appliances that all functioned perfectly. We can't recommend this vacation rental highly enough. It really is a gem, and we would not hesitate to return if we visit the area.

Very nice casual rental. A bit isolated but quiet. Manager should tell tenants that there are Two lockboxes… we had difficulty finding the correct lockbox late in afternoon and no one answered our phone calls. Luckily we found the second lockbox. If looking for quiet country, this would be a nice place to stay…

Allergy awareness and some other surprises
We recently stayed in the property over the long Memorial Day weekend. The location was fine, I gave 5 stars because the listing isn't inaccurate about where it is - but be mindful that it has the feeling of being "out there" and it is beyond the areas of Sebastopol where you feel like you are still within wine country. It has more of an essence of private, backwoods, or remote. Another thing to be mindful of - be sure to have the check-in instructions downloaded to your phone before arriving, there is very limited cell service out there! Our main complaint is that either the owner has pets or the prior guests had pets, but there was the lingering odor of wet dogs and pet dander. One of the kids was suffering horribly from allergies (had to go to grocery store in the middle of the night for medicine - we didn't have the items already because it has never been an issue before). The hot water in the primary bedroom also didn't work so we all had to share the shower in the smaller bedroom. All in all, wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend to others.

Good value for Sonoma County-Russian River Valley
My two sons and a friend all 3 mid twenties and myself, Mom late fifties - 4 of us in total stayed 4 nights Wed-Sun. The common areas and master bedroom are very comfortable. Great appliances quiet dishwasher and washer dryer. Location was wonderful for wineries and restaurants. Agree with other review that the trundle bed is not the best. If owners invested in a day bed where the second occupant in the room is off the floor or a couple could sleep side by side the set up would be better. My oldest son slept on the couch and was very comfortable. The location is super quiet and dark, excellent for sleeping.

A group of friends running an event called the IPA 10k. Quiet spot. A little out of town but close enough. Second year staying here. Had a miscommunication with the 3rd party host and owner but I think it got sorted out quick. We will be back for year three!

Beautiful and very clean and quaint property. Very quiet and peaceful. However, since we were staying with elderly family, it would have been helpful for us to know that the one bedroom had a trundle bed rather than twin beds. Also, the showers do not have grab bars, so it was not safe for elderly family members to shower, as the shower floors are quite slick.

Cute Country cottage
Loved the solitude of this property.: The country cottage was spotless. High end appliances and every kitchen tool you will need to cook any meal. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were fantastic with great water pressure:. The screened in porch was a bonus and has comfy furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.. Communication with the owner was terrific and she was very responsive when I text her with a question. We had deer come onto the property in the evening and there are horses next door. A quick drive over to Bodega Bay or into the cute town of Sebastopol makes this a perfect location. Would love to stay at this property again.

This place is quiet and nestled near Vineyards. Saw deer on property. Interior is very clean and up to date. Outside is nice. It is a double wide trailer that is nicely done. Careful walking around the grounds…some small holes. Very relaxing and everything works. If you grind coffee bring your own grinder…we could not find one. 10-15 minutes to Sebastopol. Would stay again. Thanks

Excellent time
From the first minutes of entering the house we fell in love with it. My mom and aunt couldn't stop to express their amazements with the place :) Overall, our getaway was great and a in a big part because of this clean, cozy and very convenient home. Only one thing was a little inconvenience - the very dull knives. It was kind of hard even to slice the bread. So, I would make a little suggestion: please include a knife sharpener to the greatly supplied kitchen and also add some more cutting boards.

This home was fantastic. If you're looking for a wine getaway you've come to the right place. Pros: awesome location, new(ish) kitchen appliances, grapes and apples growing on property, huge yard, warm welcome gift, amazing enclosed back porch, huge shower in main bedroom, comfy couches, homey feel, many amenities. Room for improvement: No AC (as listed, but does have heat), Ant issue, cobwebs and spiders need to be cleaned from corners, air filters extra dirty, fridge had a weird smell, beds were uncomfortable. Would stay again! Recommend more attention to cleanliness but overall this was a very good rental.

The Best Find!
Our stay at this VRBO was beyond excellent! Upon walking through the front door, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and picturesque the house & property were. The house binder located on the kitchen counter answered all our questions, and the VRBO managers responded to my inquiries extremely quickly leading up to our stay. Quiet, peaceful place to return after a full day of adventure.
Perfect for our needs. There were four of us for a family wedding. The open concept gave us plenty of comfortable space. The location is close to wineries, places to hike, shopping. We appreciated the bottle of wine and a pantry stocked with some goodies so we didn't have to hit the grocery store right away. We would rent again
