This newly remodeled one Story 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage has everything with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area for 7, and a Bar area seating for 4. The living room is equipped with a Comfy Sectional couch, chair, electric fireplace, and a 55-inch flat screen Television. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. Family Vacation
This house was honestly perfect for our stay and our family. Minutes from Dollywood. Within a half hour from Gatlinburg. Perfect location. If you're looking for seclusion, this is not the place, though. On a main road with constant traffic that can be heard. Sleeping in is a challange. House next door is a daycare. Hot tub was great, outdoor grill awesome. The area with the firepit is a bit of a challenge for older folk. You do have to scale a hill to get there. Plenty of plates and necessities in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. For those with kids who need wi-fi, it worked perfectly. If your vacationing and constantly plan to be on the go, this place is pefect for that.

This was our first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, BUT it was so perfect! The whole experience…from making reservations all the way to checking out! This house was amazing! It was clean and we didn’t have a problem with anything! It was perfect for our family! There was everything we needed in the house as well as outside! We would definetly stay there again!! Enjoyed the house . It worked well for our group ranging in age 9-70 the ranch style no stairs was assessable for my granddaughters wheel chair . Would stay again and recommend. Only a few small things that would have made it better. The grill was not clean and I had to run out and get a grill lighter before I could light the grill . And the air vent were in need of cleaning.

My only complaint is by far very minor and picky. The only onei have are the blinds and bedroom windows dont appear to have been dusted/cleaned in months upon months. Otherwise, very nice, simple place, super close, and plenty of room. Will definitely come back.

Great spacious house with great parking.
The house was beautifully decorated for Fall, a nice touch. Although i was told the driveway only held 4 cars, it could have easily held almost double that; a great attribute when guests are coming from different places. The house was clean and had every kitchen appliance/gadget you could imagine, making it easier to cook at home if you're on a budget for your vacation.

More then expected!
I knew from the site the property was beautiful and clean but I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it all was. Beds were a bit hard for our comfort but after a full day of exploring and shopping it didn't prevent nice sleep. The property is on a relatively busy road and on the backside of a blind curve so caution is needed. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay and are already planning next year's vacation.

Our stay was awesome but I would like to mention that the first bathroom shower would constantly leave a puddle of water on the floor (not sure if theres a leak) and the towel bar wasn’t anchored to the wall properly. Didn’t care too much for the people that managed this property. The amount of pay for the room each night was just fine but it was all of the extra monies that was tacked on that was ridiculous. It was tripled. I would advise you to pay attention to your total before you actually commit to booking this property because of the high ad ones.
