The condo was very clean, large and had all the amenities. I loved how it was close to everything but also quiet. The outdoor pool was huge, indoor pool was nice and gym was nice. Enjoyed the little general store. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again a million times over! Highly recommend!

Would return in a heartbeat!
Our unit was beautiful! We have stayed in many nice units over our years of vacationing. This unit was likely the newest, cleanest, and had the best layout that we have experienced for our family of four. We usually visit a new vacation site each summer My husband, my kids, and I all agree that we will likely just return to this Wyndham site next year. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were well kept. It was obvious that owners and employees take pride in this property. It is close to countless attractions, restaurants, and (our favorite) the Great Smoky Mountains. I wholeheartedly recommend this location!

The condo was very spacious and clean. We were not fans of being away from all the amenities. We were in a building that sat by itself and had to drive to them if we wanted to utilize any. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay
Nice property. It was clean except for one Kool aid stain on the carpet from a previous guest. It was quiet and had great views of Mt. Leconte. Only complaint was the check in process. Everyone is nice but I’m not interested in a time share and they forced you to go talk to one of the sales people. They took no for an answer pretty quickly and I didn’t need to sit through a presentation but I would’ve preferred to not have to deal with it at all. With that being said I would stay there again.

Not the worst but will never stay again
The checkin process was annoying as all get out. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes to get a key card, then was shuffled to some lady for...some reason? She did nothing but send me to get wristbands from a gentleman who tried to get me to sit for the timeshare presentation. I had two young kids screaming their heads off in the car and when I told the timeshare pusher we were just there to relax and decompress for 2 nights on our way home and that I had to get my kids settled in, he flipped me some attitude. The whole process took way too long (at least 20 minutes) and did absolutely nothing in terms of aiding in our stay. I was not given a map of the property nor a list of available amenities, so I didn't find out about the Elkmont Rec Center until late in our stay. We tried to visit the playground but it was locked, so we went to ask the desk about unlocking it and they said maintenance would come do it. We waited for 10 minutes, then jumped the gate to enter. After playing for 40 minutes, maintenance never showed up to unlock the gate. The suite itself was fine, great for traveling with kids, but it was nothing special. Our neighbors had 2 noisy dogs (not allowed, but I digress) and our other neighbors were smoking weed on their balcony, which wafted into our unit. The location was convenient to restaurants and activities in town. Because of the checkin experience and the bs timeshare pushing, we will not ever return to this place.

We loved the room!! We had a small problem with our kitchen floor not being very clean but once we called they were quick to come in and clean it! Everytime we needed anything they brought it and would call to make sure we got what we needed.

We stayed at a condo and it was very close to everything. Including Walmart for the little things was right up the road. Our place was very clean and spacious. Quiet little area as well. The kids enjoyed the pool and the putt putt areas, even late at night.

Our villa was located right next to the playground, splash pad and mini golf which was great for the kids. Called a few times (getting pack & play for our infant, broken screen door, dishwasher lock) and each time they had someone there within 5 minutes to take care of it as well as a follow up phone call to make sure everything was good. Not walking distance to any restaurant but overall a great property that we would use again
