„Amazing “

„Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for ...

„Incredible hotel! This is the most beautiful location for a quiet weekend away. The reception and staff are so kind and helpful. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious and worth coming just for the food. Perfect hotel. Definitely get the suite with Mountain View “

„Free parking in the premises, no English spoken but helpful staff. Good breakfast in the room included. Located outside the centre, close to the village of Kish. Quiet neighbourhood. A couple of good restaurants not too far away. The owner wanted us to pay upon arrival, claiming not to have received booking confirmation (this has happened often to us in Azerbaijan), but he accepted the proof of having already paid and confirmed reception of payment the next day.“

„Brand new hotel in the center of town. Nice big rooms with confortable bed and view to the city. Walking distance to the old town and palace. Very helpful staff but sometimes a little bit difficult to be understood in English at the reception. Probably lack of training or language shortage. Breakfast is good but poor. Very little choice. No fruit. No hot stuff. No coffee. Strange for a 4* hotel. …….“
