„We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.“

„Our trip was planned to get out of the cold weather and play a couple rounds of golf. We ordered the Lifestyle passes to let us get T times. „We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!“

„This was a great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in The Villages over a long weekend. We had use of a golf cart, were close to Spanish Springs town square. The property was as advertised and expected, all the basics provided and very clean. „The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. “

„Was fleeing from hurricane melton with some children whose parents are 1st responders and had to work the storm. Jeff the care taker allowed us to come a little early so we would not have to wait for check in time , I really appreciated his flexibility, says a lot about how they manage the property and the people your renting from. „Beautiful rental with modern touches overlooking golf course/water view. Our family along with our dog needed a place to stay in between our home being sold and waiting for our new construction. The hosts Brian and Laura offered the perfect home and appreciated having everything you need to cook/prepare meals with newer/modern appliances, plenty of towels/linens, 3 TV's with great streaming/internet.
