This property is located in Wildernest, directly across the street from the free bus stop, 2 miles to Silverthorne, easy walk to hiking and biking trails, 15 minutes to Copper and Keystone, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, incredible clubhouse, private balcony, cable, WiFi, fireplace, free parking, amazing views, full kitchen with dishes/glassware/cooking utensils

This two bedroom, one bathroom Wildernest getaway is the perfect spot for your next Colorado vacation! Cozy up by the warm fireplace, make a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, relax on your private patio or soak in the clubhouse pool or hot tub. This location is ideal for any time of year- easy and quick access to multuiple trail heads, biking, and gorgeous walks in the warmer months! Only 2 miles from Silverthorne and Dillon with plenty of dining and shopping. This property is directly accross the street from the free bus stop (Summit Stage) that can take you anywhere in the County- even Copper Mountain Resort! A short drive to Frisco, Breckenridge and Keystone- everything Summit County has to offer is at your fingertips! After a day spent outside you will have full access to the amenities offered on site- An incredible game room with two pool tables, an air hockey table, many arcade games and a community area with a fireplace and comfortable seating! There is also a racquetball court, an outdoor tennis court and outdoor park for the warmer months. The clubhouse also boats a large indoor pool, three indoor hot tubs and a sauna!

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

Fur trappers, Ute Indians and gold seeking prospectors all penetrated its forested slopes and left behind an intriguing history. Perched above breathtaking Silverthorne, CO, which offers the kinds of mountain, valley and lake views that combine to make the town a perfect weekend getaway destination for Denver locals or for longer vacation stays by anyone who craves easy access to wilderness areas, fishing and four area ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. The town is within 30 minutes of these resorts, and its convenience and lower lodging rates offer layered benefits for outdoor enthusiasts who don’t want to break the bank. At 8,370 feet above sea level (2,661 meters), Silverthorne, CO, brags that it’s a few degrees warmer than other Summit County towns with cool summer breezes and bright blue skies year round. The Buffalo and Red mountains are the closest local peaks, with Ptarmigan, Tenderfoot and the Tenmile Range visible from the valley floor and beyond. No parties allowed, no smoking inside, no pets, treat this home as you would your own, please remove your shoes upon entering.

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices. If for any reason law enforcement is called
due to disturbances emanating from the property or grounds there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your credit card per incident. If the short term rental disturbance line is called for any violation of these terms during your stay you may be subject to immediate eviction.
8. Hot tub and Patios: Guest hereby acknowledges that, if the property they have reserved includes a hot-tub, they are fully aware that a hot-tub and the surrounding patio / deck can be dangerous. The deck / patio can be slippery when wet and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is careless. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and patio areas.

9. Pets: 5 Diamond Lodging does not allow pets at any of the properties unless the property is designated as “Pet-Friendly”. Additional cleaning charges or Deposits will apply on a case-by- case basis.

10. Smoking: All . Smoking of any kind in the property will result in additional cleaning charges to the credit card on file or will be deducted from your security deposit.

11. What we supply: The property is equipped and set up as fully-furnished, including linens, blankets, pillows, and towels as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, and furnishings. Although we have made every effort to anticipate most guests’ needs, we may not have all the items you are accustomed to having at your home. If there is an item you cannot do without, we suggest bringing it along.

12. What you should bring: Although the bathroom will be stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner, you might want to bring with you personal items that will make your trip more enjoyable and comfortable. Guests should also be ready to purchase their own laundry detergent, additional dish soap and dishwasher detergent as this is not guaranteed or consistently provided in our rental units. If guests are staying long term, more than 7 days, they will be required to provide any additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags for the duration of their stay (units are equipped with starter dish soaps, toiletries- hand soap/shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags).

Good Stay in Silverthorne

Overall, the place was good and our family of 4 had a decent stay here. It was roomy and well priced for what you got. Cons would be that it was a bit outdated, only a sliding door to allow sunlight in so it felt dim even with all the lights on, beds were a little uncomfortable, and the upstairs neighbors were unfortunately loud. The location, although a windy, 5 minute drive up a mountain, was still an easy ride into town and resorts we frequented like Keystone and Breckenridge. Owners were also kind and responsive. For the most part, we’d stay here again.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days of skiing - it is close to A-Basin, Copper, Winter Park, and others. The unit is well equipped and the hot tub and sauna in the club house were a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes! Highly recommend!

Agreeable Alpine Adventure

This 2-bed condo was a cozy respite from the wintry December winds. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. We didn’t figure out the buses, but Copper Mountain was just about 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the clubhouse with 3 hot tubs that provided a daily adventure - sort of a temperature roulette. One always inferno temp but never sure which one.

Enjoyed the Condo!

The condo was an enjoyable location for our Keystone ski trip. It was clean and Julie communicated very well with us prior to the trip. We did have some trouble actually locating the condo, but it was in the middle of a snow storm and it was dark, which didn’t help. We ended up calling the after-hours number of the property manager and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The hot tubs were a welcomed addition after a long couple of days of skiing. The condo had everything we needed and we’d stay there again if we ski Keystone in the future.

Moose Galore!

We stayed for a quick weekend in summit County with plans for fishing and coppers mountain coaster. Kids lived the pool and game room. Adults loved the location and everyone was amazed at the three juvenile Moose who frequented the meadows between buildings. We never saw mamma which was concerning. Window in the bunk room was dangerous for young ones. Quite the fall danger. We kept it closed and the kids didn't notice. Can't wait to come back!

Treehouse Condos

This was a great place to stay! The photos don't show you have a great view from the balcony. Everything you need is close by we enjoyed this quaint, quiet place even during a holiday weekend and will definitely come back again. Julie was so helpful in figuring out how to access the condo, thanks for a great stay my husband and two boys had a great time!
