Stylish and relaxing ranch home just a block from the Denny Sandford Convention Center! This home has new everything, from furniture, to cabinets, to stainless steel appliances! Our vaulted and beamed ceilings make the home both spacious and cozy at the same time. It is the perfect place to settle in and relax before walking a block to a enjoy a concert and come back to enjoy the evening in a peaceful neighborhood.

Great property. We loved the rustic feel. It is much larger on the inside then appears in picture. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, great kitchen, coffee provided, family diner table, and comfortable living room. We stayed for a business trip and worked great. Perfect location if going to event at Denny Sanford Center.

Convenient location and cozy accommodations
Fantastic location for traveling around the greater Sioux Falls area, easy go get to all areas of town quickly and efficiently. Within walking distance to Denny Sanford if you’re in the area for an event, like the Fighting Wiener Dog game, GO HERD GO! The remodel work is tastefully and well done, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, it’s always nice to have more than one pot and pan to choose from! Our one complaint was the bed was SO soft and the pillows were pretty flat. Yes, personal preference but things to consider when making reservations.

Don’t let the square footage discourage you! The floor plan makes the best use of the space. Bathroom is big. Kitchen layout is perfect and full equipped! Back entry is added room for shoes, boots, coats etc. Everything new and in working order. Bed was so comfortable!

Everything we needed
Super cute and clean! Easy to access and was a short distance from shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the yard was not fully fenced, so we had to leash our dogs, but other than that, it was everything we needed. Will stay here again.

Little Blue House
Our first impression left us thinking this is a tiny, cute house, but inside it is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean, comfortable beds, an especially well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a longer stay. All one needs to bring is food and of course, personal items. Really appreciated the range of television watching options. Next time in Sioux Falls area will stay again!!

Very Nice for the Price
The home was cute and cozy, and the kitchen was wonderful. It had everything we could really need. The light switches were a bit strange, but I think that's just because there were so many lights. And the heating was odd - we were either freezing or burning up. But those are very little things. It would be nice to have an easier way to contact the property manager. I wanted to know what time we could check in and did not receive a response. Otherwise, it was great!

Cute, Clean, Modern and Bright
We picked this property because of the large table and coffee table as we are a puzzle and games playing family. The owner has put a lot of work and thought into creating an modern and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the lights (along with the labelled switches). We were surprised by the well-stocked supplies for cleaning and washing. There was even a first aid kit. the living areas and kitchen were well integrated and gave the three of us enough space to spread out, despite the 850 sq. footprint.

Nice space!
It’s a cute house, with a lot of space, and a nice outdoor area. It’s literally across the street from the convention center and an easy drive to downtown. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.
