„My son and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin house while attending weekend wedding festivities with family. We had planned on a larger group but the hurricane and other circumstances changed who was able to travel. I let Patty know and she was responsive and kind regarding our change in circumstance. The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. „Lovely old cottage, very comfortable and beautifully decorated; we enjoyed our stay so much! Located next to a town park, where we walked a loop under the trees every day. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay, this is it. Two screened porches, vintage building and decor with modern comforts. We could walk to North Beach. And cocktails at the North Beach Grill! Also very close to Sea Wolf, where we had great Tybee Salt Bombs (local oysters) and gourmet hot dogs. Highly recommend. “

„This place exceeded our expectations! I loved how quiet and intimate it was! It felt like we were walking through a secret garden each time we came back or left. We would absolutely reserve this place again! It is conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, well decorated, and had modern amenities while still embracing the historical charm! The only critique I would give is the need for a washer and dryer, that would have made it perfect! We'll definitely be back!!“

„This is the 4th time we have stayed here and we truly love the location and the charm of it. There are a few things, though, that we really wish would be addressed. 1)The mattress - I’m pretty sure it’s had the same mattress through all of our stays. There is no firmness, just feels like we’re sinking in a hole and we have to put pillows under the mattress just to sleep somewhat comfortably. 2)The air conditioning - it only goes down to 70 and that only cools the upstairs. „This cottage was adorable! It was clearly marked, within walking distance to beach, and couple of restaurants. Things to know: internet can be spotty at times, driveway is gravel and there a couple of stairs. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. It was perfect for my husband and I. I could not imagine having more than 2-3 people in this space. There is no dishwasher so you need to bring paper plates or wash your dishes. I would totally stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.“
