The living area is a cozy sanctuary, adorned with plush furnishings, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that frame the snow-covered slopes just outside. Whether you're curled up with a good book or sharing laughter with friends, this space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for your group of up-to 6, boasting modern appliances and ample counter space. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the dining table to savor them, all while soaking in the stunning panoramic views of the mountains. Alternatively, step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the crisp mountain air as you take in the beauty of the surrounding snow-covered landscape.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. PLEASE NOTE:

- Seasons Four Condominiums is strict on the following rules: no pets; absolutely NO smoking inside the units, on the unit's balcony or within 25 feet of each building's entrance; and 9pm to 9am quiet hours. Owners will be fined for these violations and we will subsequently fine guests if any of these rules are broken.

-There is one small flight of stairs to go up from the parking lot to access the unit.

- There is one parking spot assigned to this unit and ample guest parking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
