Wir haben das Interieur komplett umgestaltet, um alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause zu berücksichtigen. Neue Fenster, neuer Lack und neuer Boden!
Sehr schöne und moderne Hütte in den Laurel Mountains, gleich neben den Skigebieten Seven Springs und Hidden Valley. Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, das Lorbeergebirge in der Privatsphäre Ihres eigenen Miethauses zu erleben. Sie finden, dass dieses Haus eine schöne Miete zu einem außergewöhnlich angemessenen Preis ist.

Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr groß mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem Einzelbett. Das zweite ist ein Loft mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Einzelbett. Das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das große Zimmer.

Der große Raum ist sehr groß, mit Kathedralendecken und viel Platz für die Gäste. Es gibt viele Oberlichter und Fenster, um das natürliche Licht und die schöne Waldlandschaft hereinzulassen. Es gibt einen Steinkamin im großen Raum und einen Holzofen. Das gesamte Brennholz ist enthalten. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen wichtigen Geräten und Kochutensilien. Es hat einen Esstisch mit Platz für acht Personen.

Es gibt eineinhalb Badezimmer. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Dusche mit unbegrenzt heißem Wasser, so dass viele Gäste duschen können, ohne dass es ihnen ausgeht. Die zweite ist eine Gästetoilette.

Das Home liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Koosier See entfernt, der über einen Badebereich und einen Angelbereich verfügt. Die Resorts Hidden Valley und Seven Springs sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Like a country cabin with a rough drive but a high price. The water appeared to be unfiltered well water with a brown tint. The half bath was only a toilet. The whole cabin was a little on the run down side. It was very quiet and pleasant and felt secluded even though there were close neighbors.

Family ski weekend
The cabin was cozy, and extremely convenient location to Hidden Valley, which was the main purpose of our weekend. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 3 young kids. The large family room accommodated everyone very well, and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. Sleeping arrangements were not as expected based on the listing and pictures, but it worked out fine. Would have been nice to have a bedroom with a closed door since kids went to bed earlier than the adults. Open loft is the second bedroom, and main bedroom at top of open staircase. Not much privacy but worked fine for our family group. Overall we had a great weekend, comfortable place to hang out and relax after a day of skiing. The check in process and accessing the cabin both extremely easy. Clear instructions provided by host.

Rustic Cabin
The cabin is rustic and overall a nice place to stay. Plates, dishes and cups were a little insufficient for a large group, but we improvised with paper and plastic. The gravel road in is rough and would be challenging with a decent snow, but wasn't too bad with just a few inches. We enjoyed our stay with a bunch of teens hitting the nearby ski slopes. It was a 15 min. drive to Seven Springs Ski Resort.

The Neighborhood Cabin
Overall we had a good experience. Required more effort to heat cabin than expected - had to dig out firewood from slab pile, had to split firewood (it was subzero weather!). The fireplace was essential due to limited alternate heat sources that functioned and leaky door seal allowing cold air to come in. Had minor inconveniences due to some nonfunctioning or missing items but able to improvise. Considering the overall condition of cabin/contents the price is a bit high compared to other places we've stayed. Still had a great time being together and laughing in this cabin getaway.

Cabin is very clean and adorable
We were very pleased with the cabin itself, however, we were wanting a more remote location without neighbors and traffic noise. If you’re wanting a winter stay for indoors then this cabin is perfect! Owners are very kind and hospitable as well.

Not quite how it’s portrayed
It’s an older cabin. It’s not level at all, from front door to kitchen it slopes downhill. To get into the loft it’s accessible via an attic ladder. Stairs into original upstairs is tight. It’s clean just took some getting used to. Advertised as having AC, we looked everywhere for a unit, nothing. Contacted owner and he said he’d have someone come out, no one showed, thankfully it was a cooler weekend otherwise it would’ve been unbearable.

Nice location
The location was fantastic for a ski weekend. We stayed 3 nights with the family and our 2 dogs. The road was a bit bumpy getting there but the directions from the owner were spot on. The ski areas were just a short drive so it was a wonderful location. There is a lot of iron in the water so everything smells like rust. There is a britta filter on the kitchen sink but even so, I would bring bottled water. The pots and pans are very scratched up and worn but other than that the kitchen was decently stocked for a short trip. The ladder to climb up to the loft bedroom has not been cut to fit the space so it is very wobbly and bent at the hinges. The downstairs toilet room (no sink, just a toilet in there) smelled like sewage. I’m not sure if the septic tank was full or if there was a leak if some sort. Keeping the door shut helped cut down on the smell getting to the rest of the house. Overall, it was a decent place to stay. Clean, plenty of towels, owner is very responsive, great location, and decent property for the price.

Quick Family Getaway
We had a great time at the home.. well stocked kitchen and very cozy home in general. We were so appreciative that Hulu and Netflix were available as it made for fun family movie nights. Only thing that I would mention is that the loft bedroom is only accessible via pull down stairs so it may be difficult for someone who has knee or mobility issues.

The ONLY bathroom with a sink and shower, the door did not close all the way, even when trying to close and lock the door, it still popped open. The second and only other bathroom only had a toilet and some hand sanitizer. So you had to go to the kitchen to wash your hands. This cabin fits 10 people, so only having one bathroom with a sink-I knew there was only one shower-meant several of us had to wash our faces and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink with no mirror. That’s extremely inconvenient.

Lovely rustic cabin
Property was clean and comfortable with a true rustic cabin feel. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxed getaway this is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the table top shuffle board.

Fall Weekend Getaway
A friend and I spent the weekend at the Cabin to take in the beautiful Fall scenery and to explore Falling Water. The cabin was adorable and full of rustic charm, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of firewood, kindling, and paper available to easily start a fire in the fireplace. We were able to start a fire and watch scary movies (wifi was excellent) on a damp/cool October evening! It was very cozy. The host was excellent in responding to our questions, providing check-in instructions and directions to the cabin. Check-in/Check-out procedures were very straight forward. I would highly recommend the cabin for a Seven Springs Getaway!

Cabin is located in a scenic area of SW PA. Comfortable bedding , lots of games and has a stocked kitchen and staples. As mentioned in other reviews the water quality is poor, lots of iron. Would definitely bring bottled water. Cabin is not handicapped assessable, main bedroom and full bath must be reached by stairs and loft bedroom is accessed by a attic staircase ladder. If you are susceptible to asthma and environmental allergies I would reconsider renting this property. The air fresheners, dampness and fireplace odors really set off my asthma.

Great Getaway
Very neat cabin. Very well stocked kitchen. Shuffleboard, dart board, lots of board games. Internet speed was excellent (unfortunately a factor for the kids). Owner did a great job of making the place very welcoming. He even took the time to supply folder newspaper, kindling and starter logs for the fireplace, which was super helpful and a nice touch. Fire pit out back was awesome for the family, as was the shuffleboard table and dart board. While the bathroom and some appliances are well dated, everything was spotless when we arrived. Completely wiped down, nothing on the floors, carpets vacuumed. The only major downside I can speak of was with the water. Plan on using bottled for drinking and brushing. Other than that, had a great family weekend.

Short getaway
Overall the experience was good. We are in our seventies in good health, but if elderly or disabled, navigating the stairs to the bedroom could be difficult. The road to the location was rough. I used AWD when coming and going. For us it was well located, comfortable, and within our budget. It met all our needs.

Not bad.
The inside of the house was nice. The outside area was compact and the fire pit is on a hill making sitting around the fire difficult. There is a lake that you can walk to but the beach there is not usable.
