„I wish we came across this property 4 years ago when we dropped off our daughter at the UofC campus. Location is amazing, 7 minutes walk to the campus. The house is spacious and accommodates a large group of people. Very clean and what was really appreciated it was so well stocked - nice shampoos and lotions in all bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, a welcome bottle of bubbly wine from the hosts. „Location is great, size of the house is great with queen beds in all room and even one with a King bed. Basement was very cold, ( it’s winter) so that bedroom was not used but wasn’t needed anyways. The house needs a really good cleaning especially the kitchen especially the cabinets. Also coffee maker is tiny, doesn’t make sense considering the size of the house. „We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

"The best thing about this hotel is by far its staff!!! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a king room on the 8th floor facing the Virgin hotel. You could look directly into someone’s room….and the room was a bit dark. Besides that we had an excellent stay"

If you want to sleep, choose another place

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
