„My twin sister and I visited for a birthday trip. Looked just like in the pictures and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pans, salt and pepper, etc. Suzie thought of everything I didn't know we needed or wanted...from a cute birthday banner and piece of cake to milk or cream in the fridge for coffee. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality. “

„Don't trust Google maps. This space is not the Humana building. It's next to Troll pub. The amount of security to get inside was a lot, but the space is very big and very clean. The bed was soft and the view was fantastic.“

„First of all, this location is excellent! We are 2 retired couples who enjoyed the sitting porch which directly overlooks the river. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make some of our meals. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood along a beautiful greenway, many eateries and the walk bridge over the river. “

„The property was just as shown. Instructions were easy to follow on how to enter and get to the apartment. If you're a light sleeper be sure to have white noise or something to have on to drown out the outside noise at night. Not sure if it happens a lot but a street party sprang up while we were there. The streets were blocked off with cars and lots of music and fun was being had until 5am. This didn't ruin our trip by any means just want people to be aware. Overall it's a great apartment ...

„I had a wonderful stay in the Ty-Tanderwen cabin. It was very clean, which I know from experience is difficult when working with older, rustic materials. The screened porch was a great spot to watch the wildlife. The cabin appearance was rustic, but it had all the comforts I needed for the weekend. “

„Overall the place was great. Spacious, perfect location to walk just about anywhere in Downtown Louisville, lots of activity and good vibes on Fourth Street Live with plenty of places to eat, drink on the block with live music all around. The check in process was easy and the place was clean and felt safe. Our only complaint is that the shower did not drain at all so we were standing in a puddle of water while showering. „My first warning is the parking garage of this apartment building. They have a contract with a towing company. If your parking pass is not completely visible in your car, it will be towed. Our pass slid off the dash and my vehicle was towed. Keep in mind this is a gated garage, you have to have a card to access the garage door. We had to wait until 11:00am on a Saturday for the tow company to open and pay $165 cash to get our vehicle. This should be something they specifically want guests to ...

„This was a guys trip for golf, bourbon, and dining. The property didn't disappoint. We couldn't have been better setup for everything downtown has to offer, and everything else around the area was simple to navigate. The building and unique lodging was perfect for our party of 6 adults, with plenty of room. All rooms were well appointed and everything worked as it should. „We came for a music festival at the Big Four Station Park. The apartment was a 2 minute drive from the festival. It was bright, clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 couples. Serena was very responsive to every communication. Do check in before 6 as the building is locked.“
