„We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. And the hot tub is closed on Mondays so we weren't able to use it the ...

„All in all a standard hotel. The beds were cozy and the AC reliable in the summer heat. The swimming pool was nice and our son really enjoyed the warm water. The breakfast was good and our son was fascinated by the pancake maker. The only aspect we did not like was the non-reusable plates / cutlery for the breakfast.“
