„I was surprised seeing all this 10 ratings. I dont know if there are more updatded rooms, but ours was old, with a small tv and a old fridge you hear all the night. The bath is also not the newest. The room service never vacuumed (4 day stay) and one day they made on bed and the other not. Even though you are close to the lake, you are far away from te beach (4 miles or so). Still we saw beatiful sunset from the hotel, but thats it wa you got from beeing next to the lake. The rooms are big and ...

„Check in was quick and easy. Room are much better then in years past. They are still under rehab construction and they don’t try to hide it. I would be surprised if they end up finishing it. Doesn’t look like it’s a full time project. More like a DIY when the mood hits to work on it. Our room was much newer than the last time we stayed. We would stay there again for a room rate under $100 a night. “

„Great location for the event we came for in Grand Rapids! Although it wasn’t an issue for us, the twin beds listed were air mattresses that you have to blow up with a supplied pump. There were 3 twin-size air mattresses. We had a great stay!“
