„We needed a place for 6 people to stay for the first weekend of Clay County Fair. Condo is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds, however it's a quick, easy drive. Very nice!! Tip I learned, bring your own coffee bc there likely won't be any in the cupboards and early mornings require coffee. “

„We loved staying at Russ’s property! It overlooks the lake, as shown, but photos don’t do it justice! It was hard to get our group back inside one you cozy up on the deck! Pretty clean place! Lots to do and see within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. We will be back for our annual girls weekend next year!“

„The house is spacious, was accurately reflected in the listing and met our needs. Negatives are that some of the furnishings are tired, becoming aged and worn, and that the swimming pool did not heat up to a comfortable swimming temperature. As a result we did not use the pool at all though we paid 500 to do so. Only the hot tub was used, and that was regularly. Also the outdoor grill is very hard to ignite and we only discovered the trick to light it by accident.“

„We enjoyed our stay! The view is wonderful. The building is quiet. The Condo was my dream condo. LOVED it ! Nice to have places to eat, an arcade and a waterpark all in the same walking distance. „Came down from the Twin Cities for our daughters 13th birthday and have been to this resort before but not the condos. The Condo was amazing and so spacious and right across from the water park and the restaurants. Owner was very responsive from start to finish.
