„We needed a place for 6 people to stay for the first weekend of Clay County Fair. Condo is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds, however it's a quick, easy drive. Very nice!! Tip I learned, bring your own coffee bc there likely won't be any in the cupboards and early mornings require coffee. “

„The house is spacious, was accurately reflected in the listing and met our needs. Negatives are that some of the furnishings are tired, becoming aged and worn, and that the swimming pool did not heat up to a comfortable swimming temperature. As a result we did not use the pool at all though we paid 500 to do so. Only the hot tub was used, and that was regularly. Also the outdoor grill is very hard to ignite and we only discovered the trick to light it by accident.“

„We loved staying at Russ’s property! It overlooks the lake, as shown, but photos don’t do it justice! It was hard to get our group back inside one you cozy up on the deck! Pretty clean place! Lots to do and see within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. We will be back for our annual girls weekend next year!“

„Our family had a family wedding at Arnold’s Park. The condo is very clean, lots of rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Best part was having our breakfast on the deck while enjoying the view of the lake.“

„This was our second stay. Love being on first floor. Lots of cobwebs in the windows . Did not like being over the garage. Loved the extras like snacks etc. could use some brightening up! But love bay bridges! We will be back. “

„Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again.“
