This property is 20 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. This relaxing townhome sits in the center of the community with friendly neighbors, and walking distance to excitement. We are 20 to 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. A 10-minute drive to The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and an 8 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping.

Please Note: The garage is NOT available for use at this time. There is private parking for 1 car in the driveway, and public parking spaces in walking distance from the home.

Guests have access to the entire home, as well as the community amenities.

Guests can contact the host via the messaging platform at any time. We do advise that you call if its during sleeping hours.

The home has a full kitchen, living room area, a half bath downstairs, and a washer and dryer for your use. There is also a small patio with 2 chairs facing the lake for those quiet evenings. Upstairs has 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds. Each with their own full bathroom. There is also a queen-sized blow-up bed for an extra guest, if needed. Plenty of closet space and all essentials needed for the beginning of your stay.
