The open-concept primary living areas and outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for the whole group to gather during meal prep and dining, and to relax while watching a movie, playing a board game, or listening to music on the WiFi sound system all while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Downstairs, a handy kitchenette, second dining space, and a large living space are conveniently located next to a game room and back patio, perfect for coming in from the beach for a quick snack, game of ping-pong, or vintage arcade! An outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, towels and gear, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze. The lower porch features high-top dining, adirondack seating, and a sofa swing.

Throughout the home, comfortable furnishings and soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation. Sleeping options abound in 8 bedrooms, 6 of which feature a king bed and en suite bathroom. One suite is accessible for guests with mobility issues and an elevator makes moving around easy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and outfitted with crisp, white linens. We have booked a different location every year for 15 years and this is by far the best yet! The view from the great room, dining, kitchen area is breathtaking! Just steps from the beach...a beach with almost no people claiming a spot. The house was spectacular..every detail considered. 3 refrigerator -freezers, game room, bar area, towels, and beach toys galore. It was just spectacular in every way! Thank you!

Turtle Dunes is a lovely beach front property that feels both luxurious and cozy at the same time. It is simply perfect in every way. Our family of 11 vacationed here recently, and the house was ideal. The attention to details in this home are extraordinary. They have literally thought of everything from a jewelry stand in a master suite to laundry baskets in all of the bedrooms to extra charging cords. The decor is simply lovely, and it felt like a privilege to be in this home. The beach front is private and beautiful and provided a relaxing respite for all of us from our fast paced lives.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
