Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!

16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.

**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

Our stay in old town St Augustine
Wonderful location, 10-15 minute walking distance to most attractions in old St Augustine. Property was spotlessly clean with one exception; sheets on master bedroom bed were soiled and gritty, fortunately clean linen was provide for changing. Only other issue was with property security lights. Motion activated and VERY bright. Even with bedroom blinds close the on/off action's like a SWAT raid. Heavy drapes or pull down shades in bedrooms would help. All in all I would recommend for a visit to the oldest city.

We had a great stay. The home was spacious and comfortable and the location could not be beat! The bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced- big valley in the middle made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Need more hooks in bathroom.

Perfect Back-to-School Getaway.

Good location just outside of the historic district
This was a beautiful home that fit our family’s needs and more. We were able to walk to downtown St. Aug, about 9 minutes to the opposite side of the city & about 5 to the center where most of the shopping & restaurants are. We were only able to take advantage of the Ghost Trolley tour but there were more options to choose from. We were a 10 minute walk from my wife’s favorite cafe, Kookabura, & we definitely enjoyed that. We loved the comfortable atmosphere & it felt like home away from home. The amenities provided were more than we needed, but definitely great to have on hand if we had needed them. We took advantage of the wifi, the washer and dryer (allowing us to pack lighter), & utilized the fridge. Since we only stayed 2 nights, we didn’t have a use for the stove, place settings, BBQ, or the porch fire pit. Since we have a baby we contacted the owner ahead of time to ask about any baby gear they could provide & they were able to direct us to a place we could rent or allow us to bring our own. The only negatives we had were that the master bedroom tv didn’t work but as soon as we were able to contact someone the property manager came right out so that turned to a positive situation in a reasonable time. We also had an issue with the jet tub (it only filled to the top of the jets then slowly leaked out) but we just ended up not using it.

Wonderful location
The property was perfect for walking around in the historic district. It was clean and the property manager was very attentive and in communication with us. The only thing I would suggest is for them to leave more supplies, paper towels, and garbage bags etc and it would be wonderful if there was a dishwasher. Over all we enjoyed it there.
