„Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet“

„We spent a week in St Martin almost every year since 2019, and Grand Case is the best home base during our visit. Villa Diamant offers privacy, security and the breathtaking views. It is very convenient to some of the best beaches, French restaurants and French bakeries on the island. The property manager, Eric, was very helpful providing information and assistance. „Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place.“
