Gulf Strand liegt auf dem Sand im Herzen von St. Pete Beach und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu den besten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spas und natürlich den herrlichen Gewässern des Golfs von Mexiko. Diese Dachgeschosswohnung ist im Florida-Stil mit hellen Farben und vielen Schätzen eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der nach Nordwesten ausgerichtete private Balkon bietet Ihnen einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den weltberühmten Sonnenuntergang und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf, den Sie mit Ihrem Morgenkaffee genießen können.

Es gibt viel Platz für vier Gäste, mit zwei großen Bädern und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Alle Strand- und Badetücher sowie ein kompletter Satz Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt.

Noisy!!!
From day 1 there was non-stop banging directly above us as they were fixing the roof. There was also the sound of blow torches, drilling, and rollers.It all started at around 7:45 - 8 AM. My husband had a cold and was up coughing all night and wanted to nap during the day but it was absolutely impossible -- the noise was so loud and caused high anxiety to both of us. They should have told us about this and given us a chance to cancel because we definitely would have. The teflon pots were scratched (poisonous) and the cutting board was mutilated. The vents were full of dust, the door stop was disgusting in the bathroom (like it melted), brown stains on closet floor, stains on shower doors and shower floor, etc We should get a refund!

St Pete Trip
We had planned to go to St Pete’s Beach before heading to Naples. We were very unsure what to expect due to the two hurricanes that hit the area. This was the only property that provided an update about the area. We decided at that last minute to book and were pleasantly surprised as we were able to enjoy the beach and golf. Great view and the unit had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again

The property is decorated very beachy an it was clean . Because of the hurricanes the pool was out of commission. Our parking space was between a pile of debris and a dumpster. Was given a different space by property management but a day later there was a notice on windshield that we could not park there. Other than that it was fine,

We loved the location due to beach proximity and in an area dominated by super tall buildings yet close to everything. All the condos face the beach, which was nice. The property was as described and comfortable.

anniversary trip
We came for a week for our anniversary, the condo was nice and clean, can use some fresh updated paint. Two nice coolers a umbrella if you need one, the beach chairs are the chairs that are small, my husband rented a lounge chair on the beach everyday. The mattress is pretty firm not comfortable and the pillows are awful need replacing. No extras in the kitchen as in salt pepper etc, there is a dollar tree kiddy corner and publix which came in handy. great area for restaurants and bars for drinks, not much cold water in the bathroom sinks , brushing teeth with warm water, it was a good week and nice view, would probably check out a different condo

Great VRBO!! We have already stated we will stay there again and we just left this morning.
My husband and I have never stayed at a VRBO before. This was so easy! The place has everything!! Even provided a bouncy chair if you have little ones! I will highly recommend this location to anyone going to St. Pete!

A great Spring Break vacation
What a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need (towels, kitchen items and shampoo and soap to get started) It is in a great location with restaurants, grocery store and mini golf in walking distance. They were very quick to respond to our questions. Loved our vacation!

Family vacation at St. Pete Beach
We had a lovely family vacation at St. Pete Beach. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in this condo. It is an excellent location, right on the beach with a beautiful view. When we arrived, the condo was very dirty- our feet were black after walking around for just a few minutes. The owners were great at communicating and sent a cleaner out immediately. Even after they cleaned again, it still felt dirty (and our feet were still black) but the owners offered free tickets to our family to the Clearwater Aquarium to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, just could have been cleaner.

Great Location/Easy Beach Access
This unit is located in a great part of the western coast of Florida. A really nice beach (which you can see from the unit) is right outside the back gate. Lots of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The complex that the unit is located in is very nicely maintained. The check in process was very simple and smooth. Great communication from the hosts. If you combine the property description with the review comments you get a good idea of what the unit is like. The setup is nice. The balcony is a pleasant bonus (though a bit noisy because of the street noise). The unit is stocked with beach chairs, toys, coolers, beach towels, etc., which was really appreciated. The cleanliness was on the moderate side. Things are a bit tired and need of a refresh (screeching closet door, bottom of side chair blown out, faded curtains, etc.). I would stay here again . . . and I would recommend it to friends but would mention a few caveats.

It was a good stay I always enjoy the sun ocean & pool. I Like that it is not a huge resort with thousands of people. The rooms are all the same decor and furniture are what makes them diffrent. Our units washer and dryer was not the best. The pull out couch was good but the bed in the room was questionable big hard hump in middle of bed and divets for your body on both sides. This unit did provide some extras that we greatly appreciated. Coolers, chairs ,umbrella boogy board for the beach. The view of the ocean on the balcony was nice. Id like to rent one of the units at the end with the balcony facing the beach directly. Lastly i believe all units schould let their guest know to always have shoes when crossing the bridge to the beach. That bridge gets so hot it will blister your feet

The Faulkner Trip
Great Location for food & shopping, you can walk to all. The place was cute & clean. The only downside was no additional parking, and next door has beach parking for 36.00 dollars a day. Otherwise, we had a great time. Thank you.
