Circa 1930 Beach Bungalow Im Herzen des Village Historic Preservation District gelegen. Komplett auf die Stollen renoviert. Wenn Sie nach dem perfekten, charmanten Küstenhaus suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Von der malerischen Veranda bis zur entspannenden, abgeschirmten Veranda wurde dieses Cottage mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Günstig gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, Dorfgebiet, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, St. Simons Lighthouse & Museum und die Fun Zone. Das Haupthaus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher, einem Esszimmer, einer Küchenzeile mit Frühstückstheke, benutzerdefinierten Theken und hochwertigen Geräten. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine geräumige Master-Suite mit großem Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Ein WC befindet sich günstig zwischen der Küche und der großen Waschküche.
Die große Veranda entlang der Rückseite des Hauses öffnet sich zu einem schönen Innenhof, in dem sich das freistehende Gästehaus befindet.
Das malerische Gästehaus mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Vollbad bietet zusätzlichen Schlafraum. Mit zwei Tagesbetten mit ausziehbarem Bett, Flachbildfernseher und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine.

Great Little Place with Terrific Location
We loved our stay in Saint Simons, and this little house was one of many reasons why. It was perfect for my wife and I in the main house, and the little cabin in the back was great for my boys (10 and 12) too. They often said things like, “Hey dad, after dinner, do you wanna come over to our place?” The addition out back gave the boys a little bit of freedom, but they were also a quick few steps away for a check in. The main house itself is beautiful and well designed. So many convenient little additions in the design (built in and dimmable reading lights in the master bedroom were great). The bed was also very comfortable, and we spent lots of time in the screened in back porch. And then there’s the location. It’s prime. Everything downtown is an easy walk away. We’d walk to dinner, to get ice cream, or just to look at the beautiful houses and live oaks. Thanks for making this a memorable and easy stay for us, and we hope to make it back soon!

This little house is even cuter than it looks online. It is a wonderful screened in back porch and a patio with a fountain - so relaxing! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as at least 10 restaurants. Loved it!

Charming Cottage...Perfect Location!
We have spent 30 Memorial Day Weekends at St Simon's and this is the first time we did not stay on the water or at the Cloister. I was prepared to be disappointed. We found this place absolutely wonderful! The cottage was very clean and well furnished. They provided everything we needed and were excellent communicators. The little guest house out back was perfect for our adult son visiting (except do not expect Wifi out there). The courtyard was a perfect place to gather and the screened-in back porch was a dream. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch to people watch. The best part was the proximity to the village stores and restaurants. We never got back in our car. I highly recommend this villa!

Property is super cute with beautiful landscaping. You can tell it was a quality renovation. Area is great—easy walk to pier/lighthouse/restaurants. The only room for improvement: 1) mattress in main bedroom sags, 2) though house was very clean in general, grout in bathroom needs to be scrubbed and kitchen utensil and cooking items could be culled and cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great rental and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful St Simon Island Cottage
This is a charming, lovely house that has recently been meticulously restored located in the heart of St Simons. All appliances are top rate as is the quality of the materials used in the remodel. House is located within easy walking distance of "downtown" St Simons with its abundant restaurants and shops, none of which we visited due to Covid. We did thoroughly explore (on foot) the waterfront and local beaches as well as a gorgeous park filled with ancient live oaks draped with Spanish moss just a block from the house. I thought the location of the house on a main street might be noisy, but its really not, and the front porch is perfect for people watching. People walking by actually commented on how beautiful the house is as we sat on the front porch! Minor quibbles: kitchen floor seemed like it could have used an additional good mopping. Front and rear porches were outfitted with comfy chairs bedecked with fashionable, attractive cushions. But seaside Georgia in the summertime is rough on cushions kept outdoors and mildew was creeping into cushions, better to just leave chairs uncovered! We would definitely rent this cottage again!

We loved our stay at this sweet little Cottage. Close to the pier village. We rented a golf cart to drive around. Bed was comfortable, dohm sound machine was a lifesaver. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Loved having a washer and dryer. Found it to be clean, but the floors were making our feet black. Needed a good mopping. Other than that it was perfect.

Perfect Location! Great House!
My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. We absolutely loved everything about this house. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. We travel a lot and this is one of our new favorite rentals. So much storage space for our clothes, toiletries and beach stuff. The location is perfect. Very quick drive to the bigger beach spots and a few minute walk to the pier, shopping and restaurants but far enough to have peace and quiet. It’s located on a “Main Street” in SSI but it was not an issue whatsoever. The house is very well built and insulated and there were no street sounds. Also SSI is a tiny town so “main street” isn’t exactly major traffic lol it’s a 1 min walk to Moo Cow ice cream shop which was fun after dinners. I recommend this place and we will stay again. The little guest house would be perfect for an older child or a friend/relative traveling with you. Fantastic bathroom and kitchen. Wise use of space. The property manager answered any question immediately. 10/10 will be there again. Fantastic vacation!

Great couples retreat
Very cute cottage in the heart of St. Simons, perfect for a couple. We stayed in the 1 BR main house and did not occupy the guest cottage. The location is easily walkable to the beach and to restaurants, shops and the pier. Home was very well maintained and made for a comfortable stay. Love the screened in back porch. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property inside and out
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful cottage on a recent long weekend trip to SSI. Absolutely beautiful property with a kitchen equipped to prepare every type of meal. There are many options for sitting outside from the front porch to screen back porch and a small sitting area outside in the back with a water fountain . Two things to know ..(1) you will have to make a special trip to the realty office to get and return the keys . This is inconvenient especially with the 4pm check in and 10 am checkout . (2) Ocean Blvd is one of the ‘main drags’ in SSI and there can be quite a bit of traffic which does get a bit loud . The owner has thoughtfully included a sleep noise reducer in the bedroom and the house is very well built and insulated so inside noise is minimal . Overall a very highly recommended property !
