"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel. The restaurant was very large, crowded and noisy. You couldn't eat in peace. Guests were constantly walking between the tables to get food from the various stands. There was no free choice of seats. You always had to sit at the same table. There was an extra area for baby carriages in front of the restaurant. the meal times in the evening were only from 7pm to 9pm. the rooms were relatively spacious with three rooms. The two televisions were very small and there were only Italian television programs. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. But the curtain darkened the room well. and there was a very large balcony including a clo The bathroom was damaged in many places and things like hairdryers etc. were very inconveniently located. In addition, the hair dryer did not get hot, which meant that it took ages to dry the hair. The main pool looked nice but was very small and crowded for the number of guests."

"Wir haben als ganze Familie Urlaub gemacht – 8 Erwachsene, ein Kind (5 Jahre) und ein großer Hund. Das Haus war einfach großartig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts: Vom Geschirr und den Töpfen über den Fön bis hin zur Waschmaschine und dem Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. In allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. Besonders schön war die Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer. Wichtig zu wissen: In Italien wird der Müll sehr strikt getrennt, und es gibt für jede Müllart feste Abholtermine. Der Müll muss daher an den jeweiligen Abenden zur Abholung bereitgestellt werden."

"The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."

"In die Jahre gekommen. Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Ausnahmslos alles in dem Hotel quietscht. In den Pool darf man ausschließlich mit Badehaube. Für Liegen in 1. Reihe am Strand werden 20€ Aufschlag pro Tag verrechnet. Personal ist bemüht, aber zum Teil unerfahren. Es ist ein Rätsel, wie es das Hotel zu 5* geschafft hat."

"Die Anlage liegt am Randes eines Pinienwaldes und die Bungalow (Suites) sind grossflächig verteilt, so dass es genügend Privatsphäre gibt. Generell ist di Anlage eher rugig. Das "Nachtleben findet in benachbarten Alagen statt die mitbenutzt werden können. Das Essen findet in einem klimatsierten Raum statt. Das Buffet ist sehr abwechlungsreich. Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser gefüllt. Der Strand leider nur mit einem Shuttle-Bus erreichbar. Die Fahrt dauert 20 Minuten."
