„The lake was wonderful! The dock, kayak, canoe, yard games, and sun porch were very nice. The entire inside was beyond disgusting, and despite reaching out to the property manager several times, and being told help was coming, none ever came. Our sheets had dog hair, dirt, and debris ALL through them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, every window had cobwebs and loads of dead bugs, the door was broken, and everything was as “janky”. „This was a great place to get away with our kids. The dock, kayak and canoe made fishing a hit for our two little boys. We also loved cool nights in the hot tub overlooking the water. The stone pier a few feet down the road was also find for the kids to go fish from. Close restaurants and stores within 5-7 minutes made running errands easy. „The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that.“

„Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!“

„The property was excellent, of course...on the water, facing west, very quiet, immaculate neighborhood. Bit of an old, musty smell - like an old camp. Did not bother us but it was there. Very easy directions and instructions for use of the property. Uber was easy picking up and dropping off. Towels and linens were very clean. Thank you for a great stay.“

„We came to support our nephew in a professional fishing tournament on Lake Champlain. The cabin has beautiful views of the lake and is within 15 min of many restaurants. The cabin was so comfortable. One constructive criticism would be to put a tv in the queen bedroom downstairs. Only 1 of 3 bedrooms had tv in them, so 3 adults piled in our 75 year old moms bed to watch tv. We still had a great time. We will rent again!“

„Location on the lake is beautiful. Sort of far from st albans 15-30 mins drive and 30-35 to Burlington. We visited for a UVM graduation so went back and forth a lot. Overall house is large and spacious with some updated amenities like appliances. Master is beautiful but other rooms are tight.
