„Das Hotelpersonal spricht leider unzureichend Englisch. Schon beim Check-In gab es Kommunikationsprobleme welche sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt gezogen haben. Dies ging von der Kaffeebestellung bis hin zur Auskunft über die nähere Umgebung. Das Hotel an sich hat einen hohen Standard für asiatische Verhältnisse, leider weit weg von Lokalitäten und Shops. “

„Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this.“

„Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed“

„Being very close to the Temple of Heaven and the Beijing South train-station this hotel is a little gem. The personal is very nice and friendly and the rooms are very modern and clean. The price quality ratio is great too, we even got a free room upgrade. Me and my friends had a great time staying in this hotel.“

„Nulla di veramente negativo, anzi sono stati gentilissimi; dimenticato in Hotel il borsello con il passaporto, il cellulare ed il portafoglio e l'anno portato immediatamente in aeroporto distante 15 min in auto. La colazione invece "troppo" cinese, con poche cose occidentali a dispetto del nome "Best Western". Stanza e pulizia sono stati ok. Per ultimo la navetta gratis per vicino aeroporto internazionale. Ottimo e perfetto per una sosta di una notte.“
