I loved the coffee in the morning, and the water at night. The staff was so helpful with our taxi and bus issues. It was nice and quiet at night, and we got a good night’s sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff — everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with housekeeping, as our room wasn’t cleaned for two days. However, when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they promptly addressed the situation and kindly removed our bar charges, which was very much appreciated. The hotel bar is one of the main attractions and definitely worth checking out!

This hotel is just ok. We picked the hotel for the location and it was good enough, but at this price point we expected more. It was clean and convenient but no room service or even a mini bar. We were provided two bottles of water upon check in and we were there for three nights. When I asked for more water they said it was only available for purchase. The shower was not good - open door concept with low water pressure. We had to reset the password on the WiFi multiple times to get it to work. We had also booked it for what I thought would be an awesome breakfast buffet included with the room (based on the reviews I read). It was not awesome. I would compare the breakfast to a cruise ship buffett that was SO crowded and noisy with weak coffee and lukewarm food. We left and had breakfast across the street. The rooftop is cool with subpar service. If I had to choose again, I would pick a different place.
