He delivered a delicious cheese platter to our “dome” and we enjoyed it just looking at the beautiful view of the mountains. The domes are only a few months old so everything is practically brand new and the bathroom is gorgeous and spacious. Then theres the guest lodge where we were able to get a pre-prepared meal for dinner ...

„Waratah is a beautifully renovated historic building located on one the hills in Launceston. The room was large and well apponted. The bathroom is new and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. They do not serve any food so come prepared. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants, however, you need to drive or get an Uber/taxl. Yhe hill is too steep for a comfortable walk. There are numerous steps between the car pak and the front door.“

„After a long drive from Strahan it was such a delight to get to our room at the Masden. Had a front room with a view of the water. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with some added extras like a spa bath and microwave. Easy access, lots of street parking and little cafes to eat at close by. “
