Welcome to Palmyra 3D, an AvantStay home!

This spacious and well-appointed one-bedroom unit in the Palmyra building in the Mountain Village Core is everywhere you want to be; just moments of walking out of your front door you can be on the slopes, at one of the Mountain Village’s many eateries, or on the free Gondola to downtown Telluride.

Ample windows offer views of the Village Core Pond and the surrounding mountains. Adorned with a King size bed as well as a day bed in the master in addition to the day bed and trundle in the living room make this home is the ideal retreat for your family's next getaway. Other features include a balcony, a full kitchen, lobby level ski locker, and an elevator that makes coming and going a breeze. One parking space in the underground parking garage is included with a maximum height of 6'8" Extended vehicles may not fit

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

Parking Details:
- There is one designated parking spot in the garage for this unit.
- Garage Height: 6'8"
- If your vehicle does not fit, paid parking is available at the Heritage Parking Garage for $30 per night ($60 for extended vehicles, $48 daily max) and the Gondola Parking Garage (max $50), both located on Mountain Village Boulevard.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

A very nice condo. However, the windows could use some work. They are VERY difficult to move up and down, especially the ones behind the "extra bed" in the bedroom, the TV cabinet, etc.

Very comfortable and easy
We came to hike and relax. This was an excellent place to use as launch pad for our adventure. It’s a short walk to the free gondola to Telluride. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There are restaurants, shops and groceries close by as well as hiking, biking and opportunities to horse back ride and fish. There is in garage reserved parking too located next to the elevator. I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed in this choice.

Great spot!
I stayed at this condo, for three nights for a quick trip to Telluride. The location is perfect and the quaint condo was more than anything I needed. I will definitely come back and stay here or with my wife or just alone again.

Beautiful and great location
This property is in an ideal location in Mountain Village. The condo is comfortable and spacious. We had everything that we needed. The parking garage is also a nice addition. The bed was a little too firm, but other than that we had no complaints. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Condo
Amazing space that was spacious and cozy at the same time. Very close to Gondola so getting around easy. Stayed a week and only used a car once. Great hiking, shopping and eating close by. Kitchen well appointed (only missing a corkscrew which I’m guessing someone borrowed and forgot to return). Love this rental for anytime of year.

Location was fantastic, but that’s it.
The location was fantastic! Right at the heart of Mountain Village and a short walk from ice skating, the gondola, and restaurants. The condo itself was not clean, and we were not sure it was even cleaned prior to our arrival. Thick layer of dust on night tables, used kitchen rag on the counter. Previous guests notepad left on the counter and stained pillowcases. My wife spent 2-3 hours cleaning the first night, and we sent an email about this and have yet to receive a reply. Called no answer, emailed no answer. Too expensive to not expect a clean condo or a reply to concerns.

Palmyra Condo 3D Review
My wife and I stayed in the Palmyra Condo 3D for 6 nights, and we were impressed with the property, its cleanliness, general location, and the overall check-in/out process. We’ve stayed twice before at the Madeline in Mountain Village but chose this new location because in recent years, the Madeline has become very proud of their lodging…costs for these residences are dramatically higher than in year’s past. That said, we thought this condo represented an excellent value…clean and well kept, warm inviting décor, comfortable furnishings, accommodating kitchen and laundry, and a steam shower with water flow that will pin you against the wall if you let it. And from a location perspective, it is a short walk to the lifts, which for some may or may not be an advantage….noise levels are lower than if you were located directly in the village core. Was the condo absolutely perfect? No….there were a few signs of use and luggage dings here and there, but nothing you wouldn’t see in even a luxury hotel room. All in all, the accommodations made our vacation comfortable and care-free, and we would not hesitate to reserve this same condo on future trips to Telluride.
