I stayed with my husband and two boys 2 & 3 and it couldn’t have gone any better for us. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out, the pool was absolutely wonderful, so many pool floats and toys for the boys to keep them entertained when they weren’t playing in the play room with all the awesome toys provided. „Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But ...

Everything was clean and well stocked, and the location was close to everything. Jim was a fantastic host who responded immediately when we we had a question. You simply cant' go wrong when you choose this vacation property. “

„This little property was great! We had a blast either going into Marco Island (which was just minutes down the road) or staying around and using the kayaks. We went to Doreen’s Cup of Joe, The Dockside Bistro and Sweet Annie’s. We will definitely use this rental again when we come back down“
