The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. „The property is nice, it was clean and had the things you needed for a weekend away. The only issue I had was a glitch in VRBO that said there was a hot tub in the property, when there was not. However, the host was very responsive in dealing with the issue. The host was also responsive before the stay when I had questions prior to the stay when we had questions about the property. Friends and I were in the area to visit some vineyards and the area has lots of options within a 20 minute drive“

„Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries.“

„Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. „Our family had a very nice stay at this cottage. It is located 15 minutes away from North Beach and about 40 minutes away from Sandbanks. The house is clean and spacious. It has a huge backyard where we enjoyed great views esp. at sunset.
