This beautifully furnished, spacious one-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, counter-height seating, and a cozy living room with a 48” Smart TV. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, Instant Pot, rice cooker, air fryer/microwave, George Foreman grill, blender, and toaster.
*Please note that there is no oven/stove in the kitchen.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh linens, pillows, and bed coverings, and includes a dedicated workspace with an electric adjustable desk and monitor, ideal for professionals or students. An LED curtain provides a soothing glow at night (operated via remote). The bathroom has a water-filtrated showerhead for added comfort. A full-sized air mattress is also available in the closet for extra guests.
The living room offers a comfy sofa, a chaise lounge that unfolds into a single bed, board games, and high-speed WiFi. Step outside to enjoy a private patio with a foldable ping pong/pool table, Iight up bean bag toss game and darts. A smoker-grill is available for guest use. Additional perks include onsite parking and keyless access.
Please Note: The main home is occupied by a full-time resident, but there are no shared spaces. There is no onsite laundry.
