The house is located right on the edge of the Müritz National Park

The Ferienhausanlage
The resort is located right on the edge of the Müritz National Park, between Müritzsee, Tollensesee and the Rheinberger Lakes region, amidst an almost untouched nature with many lakes and pristine forests.
The resort consists of a total of 32 Swedish wooden houses for four to eight people.
The children in front of the house, but also play on the playground of the resort. There is a sandpit, play area, swings and much more. A modern sports facility in a fenced field children and adults meet to the football, dodgeball or basketball games. For table tennis you can borrow rackets and balls at the reception.

A big beach volleyball court invites all. At the fireplace you can roast sausages and breads Stock.
Boats can be rented at the front desk or in place, thus making extensive boating.
Bringing pets is not allowed in the facility for guests.
The house no. 24 (65m²) is suitable for up to six people. It has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor (1 with double bed; 1 with bunk beds), the third is a closed sleeping loft with two single beds.
Cosy living / dining area with exit to the terrace, fireplace, corner seat in the dining area, radio, cable TV, DVD recorder, Electric central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots.

The house is very suitable for families with children. Out of courtesy to all guests should be no smoking in the house.
Location and surroundings
The town Userin, with about 600 inhabitants offers an Edeka-Laden by canoe and mailroom.
The approximately 100 meters away, about 5 sq km lake is ideal for swimming, boating, sailing and fishing. He belongs to the upper Havel lakes, has connection to the Havel waterway and must not be driven with motorboats. This allows you to enjoy nature undisturbed and relax.

The former residence and current county seat Neustrelitz is located 8 kilometers away and offers many shopping, sightseeing (castle, harbor, etc.), restaurants and a zoo, the well-known National Theatre and a modern cinema.

Einfach perfekt! Das Haus liegt günstig in der Anlage. Schöne Terasse mit Morgensonne. Trotz Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Freundliche Rezeption. Erholung am schönsten See der Seeenplatte (da Motorbootfrei).

Wir waren über die Osterferien im Objekt und sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage war nicht überfüllt und es war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Besonders möchten wir auch die Ausstattung des Hauses erwähnen, es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Spielplatz ist veraltet. Das ist Haus ist oberflächlich sauber. Das ganze Haus ist verstaubt.Möbel usw.Nicht für Allergiker. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss war für keinen von uns benutzbar . zu klein zu steil. Die Treppenstufen zu schmal. Das Etagenbett hat so doll gequietscht, das man Angst hatte durchzubrechen. Häuser sind schlecht isoliert uns stehen zu nah aneiander.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist due Top Ausstattung der Küche, sowohl Geschirr und Kochutensilien, als auch die hochmodernen Geräte (Induktionsherd und Ofen mit Mikrowelle) ! Wir haben gut Gebrauch davon gemacht und waren jaum ins Restaurant gegangen.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man benötigt. Unsere Enkel konnten sich im Wald und am Wasser austoben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sauberen See und auch flach, somit für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Mit Neustrelitz steht eine sehr schöne Stadt in ca. 7 km nicht nur bei schlechten Wetter zur Verfügung

Ruhiger Ort an einem schönen See

Trotzdem die schönen Schweden-Häuschen dicht zusammen stehen, war es doch angenehm ruhig in diesem Feriendomizil. Für Kinder unter zwölf ist der Bolzplatz ein hervorragender Treffpunkt, wo auch fast den ganzen Tag über etwas los sind, wenn nicht alle am schönen See sind. Auch dort ist es auch für kleinere Kinder wunderschön zum Baden und spielen. Für Teenager, wenn sie nicht gerade mit Freunden anreisen oder dort welche finden, ist es doch etwas zu ruhig, zumal die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung auch nicht gerade nahe liegen. Trotzdem war es sehr schön.

Alles wie gewünscht

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön: gemütlich und modern. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden! Alles ist gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die moderne Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Nur im Sommer würden uns die Häuser zu eng stehen. Vielen Dank an die netten Gastgeber, sie hatten uns eine kleine Überraschung hingestellt. Die Gegend um Userin ist sehr schön! VG, wir kommen wieder!!! Fam. Keßler aus Dresden

1schöne Woche im Februar

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben dieses Jahr Mitte November in Userin eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und diesen sehr genossen, vor allem auch wegen der angenehmen Betreuung durch unseren Objektverwalter Herrn Maas. Das Haus war sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet und bei Anfragen war Herr Maas immer schnell zur Stelle. Zwar stehen die einzelnen Häuser sehr eng beieinander, aber durch die gewählte Jahreszeit waren wir beinahe die einzigen Urlauber. Das Haus selbst ist zwar sehr hellhörig, aber Geräusche von außen, scheinen nicht nach innen zu gelangen. Auch wenn es bereits Mitte November schon ziemlich kalt wurde, haben wir dank Kamin kaum bis nie die Heizung einschalten müssen. Auch die Lage des Objekts ist sehr ansprechend, Zum einen liegt es in einer ruhigen Gegend, inklusive Wald und See und gleichzeitig sind auch größere Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten nah gelegen. Das Objekt ist vor allem für Familien (2 Erwachsene + bis zu 4 Kindern) zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Wir haben einige Tage mit unseren drei Enkelkindern in Userin verlebt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und für die unterschiedlichsten Unternehmungen geeignet, z.B. Rudern, Radfahren, Wandern usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Radurlaub

Ferienanlage war sehr ruhig. Das kann auch damit zusammenhängen, dass nicht alle Häuser belegt waren. Die stehen doch sehr dicht (wenig Anonymität). Ausstattung im Haus war sehr gut. Moderne Küche. Kamin. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett im Erdgeschoss, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten im Oberen Bereich. Die Holzstiege ist extrem steil. Die Innen-Türen müssten gemacht werden. Sind verzogen. Check-in und -out ging problemlos. Das Umland ist für das Radfahren sehr schön. Tolle Radwege erlauben ein schönes Erkunden der Gegend.
