I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. „We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach daily. The unit owner supplied boogie boards, sand chairs, and umbrellas. Our only two suggestions would be that the management company should provide more paper towels, napkins, and garbage bags and it would have been nice to have something to get the tar off our feet (walking on the beach leaves tar on feet). The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.“
