NEWLY REMODELED 2 Bedroom Condo 1 1/2 Blocks From the Beach w/Outdoor Pool!

Newly Remodeled 2 Bedroom Condo with a Outdoor Pool! This 3rd floor condo is conveniently located in the heart of the resort area, 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Living area with balcony, fully equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, includes a breakfast bar. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a stand up shower. Parking for 2 cars.

Bed Sizes: Master Bedroom - King, 2nd Bedroom - Bunk bed with 2 full size beds, Living Room - Double Sleep Sofa. Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, you can rent them from a local company.

Amenities: Community outdoor pool, WI-FI, stack-able washer and dryer.

Please Note: Our properties rent for a 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday. No pets and no smoking allowed. We rent to Family Groups only.

The perfect getaway
The condo is gorgeous, with the comforts of home. A fully loaded kitchen with a grocery store conveniently located across the street and the ocean 1 1/2 blocks away. You get a packet of information about your condo, the neighborhood, beach and it's activities along with a street map. A websites to rent sheets, towels, rent bikes etc. A great option for those flying in. The boardwalk for pedestrian and paved path for bikes, scooters. We ride our bike everywhere even to the local excursions. We definitely want to rent this property again. You will enjoy it too!

We love these condos, this new owner is also great.
Overall was a pleasant experience at the location for us, as usual. These condos with carpeting are very hard to clean so of course the carpet is stained. My only comments are what some other reviewers have shared: sand could be cleaned out better, linens are not provided so beware (I did appreciate the lower price because of this), neither are items like hand soap, tissue, paper towels. I was thrilled about: 1. The amount of cookware provided. Electric stoves are hard to cook on (I really don't like them) so at least the cookware was well stocked. 2. The artwork in the condo was lovely and I commend the thought put into using any local art. 3. The pool at this condo is always well maintained. The condo association actually values paying staff to come each day to test the chlorine levels and clean it. I commend that use of resources, the hotels surely have declined in that area.

As described! In the 2nd block from the beach w a full grocery store behind the bldg. Very close to beach and boardwalk, plenty of dining available all within walking distance. Condo was very clean, cool and comfortable for 5 adults. Fun week watching the jets over head and short trips to Norfolk war ship and Busch Gardens.. easy chk in and chk out

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 3. Quiet building and comfortable beds. Condo needs some updating (some stained carpets). Master Bathroom is small/tight. Grocery store is next door. One hour from Williamsburg/Busch Gardens.

Nice condo
We lived in va bch for a few years. We come back every year and typically stay in sandbridge. This was a nice change of pace for my teenagers. Tons of stores and places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store right across the street. As with any condo we were on the 3rd floor/top and always recommend this as sounds proofing is always an issue.

Convenient and very clean
We stay at by owner rentals 3-4 times a year and this is the cleanest one we can recall. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We've stayed in the building before and it is very convenient. Having to pick up keys (2 mins away) is the only very small inconvenience. A wonderful stay. We'll be back!

We had a nice time at this rental. The check-in process was clunky. Easily could have shared the door codes with me prior and had the parking passes and welcome packet in the unit. Instead we had to go to a separate location and get a code to retreat unit materials. Margie was not picking up het phone on a Saturday at 4:00pm even with a text to her that we were an hour out (her request). After a long drive down the last hiccup you need is not getting into your rental. The space was fine. I expected a bit more because the price is relatively higher than other rentals in the area. The kitchen and living area are big but the couch is uncomfortable and “well used”. There are two ikea rocking chairs that were new and nice to sit in. The balcony is very small 2 people max and right outside the kids room so noise is an issue. The bedrooms were nice and the laundry facilities in the master were very nice. Bathrooms are just ok. Master bathroom shower door was off the track and the towel hooks are above the toilet. I thought that was gross. Master vanity is outside the shower space. 2nd bathroom has zero storage or space for a dob kit. No bath mats so bring extra or order some. The beds were nice and seemed new. Master bedroom is very big and there are big new TVs in each room. 2nd bedroom had a nice pottery barn type double bunk bed large dresser and good size closet. Furniture in both bedrooms was high quality, new, clean and fresh. Kitchen set up is weird. There isn’t a pantry so all of your items have to be on the counter. Also there is carpet throughout the eating space. Stressed me out with kids eating and spills. The pool is super basic. Very small and crowded. I remember 5-7 loungers total and no tables. This is not a space you want to spend your afternoons. I was bummed because we specifically picked this rental for the pool. Kids were fine with it but it was smaller than a backyard pool and and filled with people. The main complaint we had was the water was turned off without notice or warning on Thursday morning of our stay. There are about 7 large signs taped up in the elevator about the 100s of rules for the building so clearly the building management uses signs to communicate, although we had no warning for the water stoppage. We were without water from 9am-1:00pm. Margie from BH didn’t even know about it. Overall the place was nice. I don’t think we will rent again but it served us fine this year.

Short walk from the beach
We had a great time at this property. It is clean and close to everything. The beach is just a short walk away as is the supermarket. The condo pool is clean as well and we used it a couple of times. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Great condo
Peaceful condo location right in the heart of all of the beach activities. We stayed last week for a Dance competition and enjoyed very peaceful evenings to rest with the option to walk a block and a half to the ocean. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful in the whole process. We left with 3 National Champion trophies and loads of great memories. The only sad thing was that the hot tub wasn’t working. After dancing 7-9 hours a day my kids were looking forward to the hot tub.

We had a great experience renting this property! We had previously stayed in a different unit in the same building so we were familiar with the area. The walk to the beach is super close. It’s wonderful to have the pool option when you are traveling with kids. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for three adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking if you wish. There is a nice grocery store right next door for anything you may need plus lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to go back next summer and hopefully this unit will be available again.
