„This was our first VRBO rental and it was a great experience. The house was the right size for us four adults. It was clean, well-furnished and so very quiet. The air conditioning worked well. It was close to all the places we wanted to go to - Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns, Harrisonburg, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. The owner communicated well and allowed us to charge our EV. A very positive experience.“

The bed and towels were clean and the kitchen was equipped well with a nice big fridge frezzer and working oven coffee machine water urn etc. The attention to detail of cleaning definitely could use improvement. The host was very good about communicating with us and the location is amazing.“

Spent lots of time stargazing from the porch and hot tub and walking my dog around this lovely neighborhood. „It was surprising what the cabin did and did not have. It was better than most as far as cookware, kitchen supplies, shower supplies and so forth. It was under supplied in tea towels (for a week of cooking), electrical outlets near mirrors (to style one's hair - no outlet in the bathroom) and no dresser, closet or even a luggage rack in the smallest bedroom. „My family had this house built when Massanutten first opened back in the early 70’s. Started the build in 1973 moved in 1974 and sold in 2004. It was a girls weekend to go to some of the wineries and breweries. The house has plenty of room for large groups and has a ping pong and pool tables. Great to be able to stay in the house once again and remember 30 years of wonderful memories my family had in the house. Would definitely recommend this house.“
