„Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. „Property manager/owner was amazing to communicate with. The house was so lovely to stay in and perfect for 2 x families with teenage kids. Great location as well, walking distance to everything you need. Great facilities. When I come back to Japan I would want to stay at this place again as it was fantastic. Thank you so much.“

„We had a great vacation close to the skytree. Our host communicated well, and let us keep our luggage for a few hours after our stay and before our flight. The place was large and clean. I would definitely stay here again.The only downside is the street noise is loud during the night but that is just being in one of the largest cities in the world. Just keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.“

„With our family we enyoyed the stay in this area and house. Coffee and food in the familymarket nearby was very practical.Some nice restaurants, the sumida river is close. We did a walk to Asakusa along the river. With subway everything was reachable, Oshiage skytree gives a good vieuw for a start.The house is clean and individual with a historical charme .The shower and air conditioner worked fine. We enyoyed the whole stay here and could have stayed longer.“

„Modern three storey town house with three bedrooms! Great place for a large party! Very comfortable and 10-12 minute walk from local Shinjuku stations. 20 minutes to Shibuya crossing! Very responsive, kind and understanding host. Host was extremely accommodating and was flexible to change our dates last minute, when typhoon in Okinawa uprooted our trip plans. Can’t recommend this place enough!“
