Graduation Trip
Back porch was lovely and proximity to water refreshing. I will read amenities more carefully next time. No air and windows not able to open on first floor made for a few hot nights. with taking trash cans out for pick up , vacuuming and surface cleaning, not having a dishwasher felt like a bit more of a sacrifice than I anticipated. Beds also are pretty rough on the back. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for the five of us. Would stay again just maybe bring a fan or two along or maybe a portable air conditioner. Would be nice if there was a wash machine available - most full houses have had this in my experience so I don’t look as carefully as I should have when booking.

The house was really nice, well organized and as described. The location is great and is peaceful neighborhood. The owner was easily reachable and was in constant communication with me and responded to all inquiries expeditiously. There's a lot to see in RI especially Newport. We really enjoyed our first visit to RI and this house added to pleasure of the trip. Highly recommended.

We love this location because we were married across the street at the Chapel by the Sea, which is closed now. The house is wonderful, and the communication with the owners is excellent. Charming seaside getaway!
Such a charming home in a very quaint neighborhood with a beautiful ocean view. We felt very comfortable the moment we walked in the door. Once we settled in, we took a walk to the beach and came back to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. Because the cottage was so close to many areas, we took some day trips to Block Island and Newport. The one thing I must address are the departure requirements. I have no issues with stripping the beds, and setting the towels to the side to be laundered, but I think that being required to vacuum the floors was just a bit too much to expect since we did have a cleaning fee we had to pay. All in all, the property was charming and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay! Christine was always available to answer any questions we had!

First time in Conimicut
We’ve been to many areas of RI and found our stay here uniquely pleasant. The house was clean, comfortable and roomy. There were many beaches, bike trails and walks available nearby, along with fresh seafood and craft breweries. When you’re ready to pass on traffic, expensive parking at every turn and pretentious establishments, give this spot on the bay a try.

First VRBO experience, perfect!
I decided to plan a very last minute getaway for myself and three teenagers. The entire process of renting this home through VRBO and Christine was so easy. We loved the home and the location was perfect for what we were looking to do. We visited Narragansett, Providence, Boston, Newport and surrounding towns. All were easy to make day drips to and then to be able to come “home” to this gem of a home was amazing. The house is on a quiet street and included all of the amenities of a fully functioning home. I loved the apple tree in the front yard, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen, board games, and short walk to the beach! Next time we would bring our fishing poles!

I had a fabulous time here. Everything was as advertised. It is really close to the small beach/park area. My only recommendation is for beach chairs or beach towels or both be provided. Fall Foliage Getaway
The house was adorable. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and just a walk away from the bay. We truly enjoyed the Jack O Lantern Spectacular at the Roger Williams Zoo! Great walking and bike trails close by. The neighborhood where the house is located is beautiful however the outer surrounding areas were questionable.

Comfortable retreat from surrounding city & suburbs, yet still all a short drive away. So quiet at night, all you hear are birds and wind in the trees. Walk a few yards to Conimicut Point Park with your morning coffee for a beautiful sunrise over the lighthouse and Narragansett Bay. All new appliances and everything you need. A nice home away from home.

Very nice house
My sister and I stayed a week at the house in Warwick. It was very clean and tidy. All of our questions were answered by the owner.....bed sizes, number of bathrooms etc. The bedrooms are large. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are updated with nice finishes. The living room has a very large TV and ample seating. We would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property, nice area
First of all and this was important, communication with the property owner was extremely quick and professional. The property on the outside has a decent sized backyard with a fire pit and a brand new deck to view the sunsets from or go to the beach. There is also off street parking and a charcoal grill. Inside the cottage is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware needed. The beaches are literally just a 2 minute walk. These beaches are not a sandy beach so bring water shoes, lots of shells and sea glass to collect. We went in the morning and there were almost no people on the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.
