Our newest property at the Casitas at Sienna Hills is the perfect place for your family to escape! Located just off of Washington Parkway (exit 13), this beautiful home has plenty of space with an open concept living area to gather and enjoy each other's company. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own En suite and smart TV, with sleeping space to fit the family.
The resort's community pool and hot tub are heated year-round for you to enjoy while staying here! In the cooler months you will see the warm steam pillow. In the summer, the sail shades cast a mild breeze. This pool is so nice, relaxing, and rewarding after a long day of adventuring throughout Southern Utah. The pool is within walking distance of the home, and pool towels are provided with the unit!

Primary Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private ensuite, Sleeps 2
Guest Suite (upstairs) - 2 Queen beds, Sleeps 4
Bunk Room (upstairs) - One twin size bunk bed with a trundle and a Queen bed with private ensuite, Sleeps 5.
Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is also a pack n play available in the home.
Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra-long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.
Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
