„Everything was fantastic. Conveniently distanced a small walk away from the central bus station, city centre and marina with great view of the beach all the way to Mumbles, even with the wet weather for April. Paul was a great host who made us feel instantly welcome. Cafe/restaurant area is fully licensed and sells locally brewed beers which is always nice. Freshly prepared, reasonably priced food too! We’re already looking at return dates in the summer “

„First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even ...
