„The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!. So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor ...

„Freundliche Mitarbeiter, unproblematisches Einchecken. Im Zimmer leider nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, auch nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde dies nicht nachgeliefert. Weckruf für 4 Uhr morgens wurde erst 30 min. später getätigt, zum Glück hatten wir noch unseren eigenen Wecker gestellt für unseren frühen Rückflug.“

„The reception desk is the worst I have experienced so far. Not only they are unable to help, but they will not make any effort to facilitate your stay in Goa. Luckily the staff for the rooms and restaurant tries to compensate.“

„The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals.
