Welcome to Trillium Ridge, a charming retreat nestled between the serene shoreline of Lake Michigan and Pigeon Lake. Surrounded by wooded dunes, this peaceful cottage is just a five-minute walk from stairs that lead directly to the beach. Enjoy seasonal views of Lake Michigan from both the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The cottage features an open-concept living area with hardwood floors, a mosaic-tiled entryway, and a spacious covered, screened-in porch with retractable 18-foot plaza doors, seamlessly extending the living space to the outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, an island, and stainless-steel appliances.
On the lower entry level, you’ll find a large open space with two queen-size beds, an ADA-accessible full bathroom with a shower, laundry facilities, and direct access to the garage. The main level includes two additional bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a bathtub with dual showerheads, and a private deck off the primary bedroom.
PET POLICY
This property is pet-friendly, though we allow no more than two well-behaved dogs at a time. Dogs must be always supervised and are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
Please do not leave pets unattended in the home. Additionally, the association requires dogs to always remain on a leash when outside. Failure to comply may result in fines for extra cleaning, damages, or violations of association rules.
PARKING
The property includes a one-car garage and two driveway parking spaces. Parking on the street or grassy areas behind the house is strictly prohibited due to the septic system location.
CANCELATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
