„First off the disclosures were not shared until after the booking through hotels.com where we found we have to pay for additional people over 6 even though the house sleeps 14. We tried to cancel but the “owner” doesn’t issue refunds since we booked it and we were traveling within 4 days so no refunds. The is very misleading and felt very bait and switch to me.
