Kurze Beschreibung: Elk Crossing ist ein großartiges Basislager f��r die Erkundung der Yellowstone-Gegend. Es ist nur 8 Meilen zum Parkeingang, ist von nationalen Waldwegen zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und Motorschlittenfahren umgeben, und es ist eine kurze Fahrt zu einer ruhigen Bucht am Hebgen Lake. Mit 1700 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche und einem offenen Grundriss zur Küche, Essbereich und großen Raum, ist es ein sehr komfortables Zuhause für Ihre Gruppe. Es gibt eine angeschlossene Garage für zwei G��������ste.

SCHLAFZIMMER UND BÄDER: Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett, Blick auf die Berge, Ihre eigene Tür zum Deck und ein fabelhaftes Master-Bad mit einem Spaziergang im Regenwald-Dusche und eine große Badewanne mit Whirlpool. Am anderen Ende des Hauses sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit einer Königin und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Sie teilen sich ein Vollbad mit Wanne und Dusche.


Küche: Dies ist eine großartige Küche für eine Gruppe, da es sich um die Bar, den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer öffnet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Unterhalten braucht, einschließlich einer elektrischen Top-Ausstattung, einer Unmenge an Servierteilen und Picknickgeschirr und kleinen Extras wie einem Topftopf, einem elektrischen Mixer und einem Mixer.

SETTING, ACREAGE UND ANSICHTEN: Elk Crossing liegt auf der Wiese eines ruhigen, waldigen Ferienhauses Nachbarschaft etwa 8 Meilen westlich von West Yellowstone, die den westlichen Eingang zum Yellowstone National Park ist. Es liegt auf einem halben Hektar und genießt eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf Lionhead Mountain und andere Gipfel entlang der Kontinentalscheide. Sie werden wahrscheinlich Elch, Elch und vielleicht sogar einen Bären in dieser wunderschönen, wilden Gegend sehen!

AKTIVIT��TEN IN DER NÄHE: Im Winter können Sie direkt vom Haus aus Schneemobil fahren und auf hunderte Kilometer präparierter Schneemobil-Trails fahren. Wenn Sie Langlaufen bevorzugen, sind die Rendezvous-Trails von West Yellowstone nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und Sie können den Yellowstone Park mit dem Schneescooter erkunden. Im Sommer können Sie wandern und Mountainbike fahren, angeln an den blauen Bandb��chen, Boot fahren am Hebgensee und natürlich - Tagesausflüge in den Yellowstone Park. Es gibt so viel zu tun!

Montana getaway close to the National Parks
The house was like home (the beds were so comfortable!) and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close enough to the parks without being crowded or touristy. Check out the view of the stars! There was also National Forest trails and fishing everywhere nearby. We went to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and saw bears, elk, bison, eagles, and other animals, as well as amazing geological features.

Everything we needed
This hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the Yellowstone area. The kitchen was well-equipped allowing us to cook most meals at home and they even thought to provide bear spray and bug spray! The furniture was very comfortable for lounging after a long day exploring the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

No A/C and needs new beds
It was not clear that the house did not have A/C. When we arrived to check in, the house was a steaming 80 degrees. All the blinds were open allowing direct sunlight making it feel even hotter. We immediately opened all the windows but it did not cool until 12:00-1:00 am. Cooking dinner was miserable. We reached out to the property management team who said there was a compressor on property but it wasn’t connected. We then asked if there were any fans to help with the heat. We only found one in a spare bedroom. We never heard back from the management team. The twin beds in the spare bedroom were awful. Absolutely no support and need replaced. For the amount we paid to rent this property, the lack of A/C and old beds was extremely disappointing. The property was clean and had sufficient kitchen equipment but the nonstick pans could also be updated. Overall it was an average stay. Being hot makes for an uncomfortable stay. I understand it’s Montana but the time we visited the temps climbed to the 90’s.

The property was nice, it stated in book no air conditioning but we did not need it during this stay. Lighting above table dusty but otherwise clean. Windows in living are cathedral high so sun would be in your eyes while sitting on couch. It was very close to Yellowstone and convenient, great little town restaurants and shops.

The house was beautiful. One of the best things was that we could use the garage. It snowed over 18” while we were there - the snowblower was wonderful as well. If we head back that way we will stay there again if available.

Great property with easy access to Yellowstone National Park
This property met or exceeded our expectations. The main room had comfortable furniture and a large dining table. There was also a large screen TV for those who like watching television. The internet access worked well, too. The kitchen was large and well appointed with more than enough dishes, glasses, and cookware. The appliances all worked. The washer and dryer along with laundry detergent was appreciated. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows and extra blankets and pillows were stored in the closet. It was easy to access the house through a key pad. The house and garage were both clean and tidy. There was also a back porch with a table and chairs which we enjoyed. This property was in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our vacation. I would definitely book this property again if I was staying in the area.

Great home base for Yellowstone
Nice location, about 12 minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone. We loved the proximity but also that it’s outside of the hustle & bustle of the West Yellowstone town. I was very impressed at how well stocked the house was. I appreciated all the kitchen supplies and they even had a cooler and backpacks that came in handy for our daily trips into the park. They also had bug spray and sunscreen, although we had our own. They had bear spray too. The set-up was perfect for our family of 5. The only improvement I could suggest is different window treatments on the upper windows in the living area. Our visit was in the summer and the sun shining in was blinding to anyone sitting on the couch for a few hours each evening. We also visited the West Yellowstone Rodeo during our stay, about a mile away from the house. Our kids loved it, very authentic!

Very accommodating
We have rented many cabins and this is our favorite! It is so cozy! The owner has been very accommodating and kind. We are so appreciative for all of the conveniences in the house for us. Everything we have needed and more! It is just a short trip in to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park. We are in love with this area. Such a beautiful setting for a cabin. It has been a beautiful stay!

Great House and Location
We are in W Yellowstone for the annual XCountry Ski Festival. Snow was great this year. The house is comfortable and well located. Amenities are nice. Only complain - zero Kleenex. Only issue we had, and it was my lack of imagination - is in the master shower you need to pull the handle out to start the water. Lesson learned for me. Great house and we will likely seek to stay here next year.

Comfortable base for Yellowstone visit
This is an exceptionally well stocked lodging option in a small quiet subdivision a few miles outside of west Yellowstone. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen had everything needed for some home cooked meals after exploring the park.

Beautiful, well stocked home with many amenities close to Yellowstone
The photos of this home do not do it justice. It was a great place to stay for our family members as we explored Yellowstone. The kitchen was stocked with many ingredients and utensils for cooking. There is a nice cozy fireplace for cold evenings. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for soreness after a day of horseback riding. The biggest challenge was that we didn’t get our checkin information until 48 hours before checkin. Even though I had written the property manager to verify our stay, it took her a few days for to respond. We also had problems locking the front door as we were leaving for the day. We found that if we pulled the door shut and held it tight while putting the code in it would lock. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful (but too brief!) time staying at this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, felt safe and our 5-year-old was thrilled to find “the closet with the toys.” The owners were very quick to call me back when I had a question and offered to help us in any other way they could. And the view off the back porch made our morning before driving back into the park. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for snowmobilers
This home was a dream for a family of 5 snowmobilers. It’s located right off the trails and has an attached garage to park your sleds. Perfect for refilling and any adjustments that may need to be done to your sled throughout your stay. There was tons of hooks and storage to dry your equipment after a day of riding. Including a drying rack flor gloves and balaclavas which was an added bonus. The house itself was very clean and well stocked (even a humidifier, another added bonus) and the perfect size for stretching out in the evenings. The driveway was big enough for our 4 place enclosed trailer, full sized truck, and another full sized truck with sled deck and room to spare. This home is one of very few that offers pet accommodations (while remaining immaculate and detail oriented) in the area, which was the reason we chose this place. We had a couple hiccups when we first arrived which were promptly dealt with. Overall we highly recommend this property and would rent again without hesitation.
