The location is perfect, 15 minutes away from Sunday River, but when you are back at the house it feels like you are in your own little world. Gina was a wonderful host. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Sunday River.“

„Great property, well supplied, absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets. All in our party noticed the cleanliness of the property immediately on arrival. Our group was there primarily for fishing the lake so we docked a 14 passenger pontoon easily at the dock which was nice as often docking can be treacherous with rocks and shallows but this was easy going. Property owner was very helpful with recommendations and info as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay here very much. “

„A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit.
