***Attic 2nd Floor is not renovated. We hope to renovate it in 2024 but have had many requests for additional sleeping space. If you don't want to use it, there is a door at the bottom of the stairs that can be locked for safety of little ones***
We welcome pets but we do ask that proper care is taken to avoid damages or excessive cleaning. The pet fee covers our cleaners for up to 1 extra hour of cleaning. Excessive pet hair, drool on furnishings, nose/paw prints on windows, muddy paw prints on floors, etc that takes over 1 hour may be charged after a clean is completed. If your pet favors sleeping on beds or couches, please throw a blanket or towel down to protect our furniture and prevent extra cleaning time. There are also extra towels in the master bedroom linen closet. We also have 2 blankets dedicated to pets in the entertainment center cubby (one has dog print and one is sage green). Just please don't use our crisp white towels to clean up after pets.
