Renovated 2nd floor studio. Best location and best price for the 1st few months of my VRBO listing... you won't be disappointed.... Great newly renovated and decorated studio... enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer, and all within just a couple minutes of walking... New high end tile shower and bathroom. Beautifully decorated and furnished for short term or medium term stays. Close to all things downtown.. Bars, Restaurants, entertainment, and lots of sights, sounds and smell of a bustling downtown atmosphere! Sidewalks are typically busy with street festivals and art shows. Horse Drawn buggies and local trolleys stop by right outside the front door. Parking deck next door and easy and secure access to car is only a minute away. I love NY Pizza around the corner, Circa 1922, Front Street brewery, and all the local established destinations await. This is a 100% NON-SMOKING Studio.

Location + Comfort
This property was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Wilmington. Most things are within walking distance, especially the Riverwalk. Lots of good food, shopping, historic sites. The check in was easy and the space is comfortable. Like others have said, you are staying downtown, so there will be noise (David even provided earplugs!). 10/10 would stay here again.

4th of July experience
I lived in Wilmington from 2018-2022 and never got to stay downtown but finally, We had a wonderful stay at David’s studio streetview loft, the ultimate downtown experience, the streets are alive at night and only quiet in the mornings as it should be. I miss Wilmingtons food scene so We walked to Dramyard for a very lovely dinner with friends the very first night and walked to Quanta Basta another night. There are so many options, I recommend Savorez first! We walked to get coffee at hidden grounds, the newest coolest coffee shop in Wilmington, also had a great breakfast at Drift. Stopped by Beach Bagels another morning while there. I feel like everyone should experience the downtown life at least once! It’s so different when you are right on top of it all. This was a very easy check in/ check out process, street parking is free after 630- also parking lots and garages offer 3 day passes. We had our fur baby and only had to walk up a few streets(3rd) for potty places with a little more grass. A true downtown vibe, next time we are planning to hit the wine bars!

Perfect downtown location
Clean, comfortable room with everything you would need within waking distance… restaurants, shopping and all sorts of entertainment. Parking garage just a few steps away. Downtown waterfront a block away. Host was very accommodating and kind.

Very convenient location for activities
My husband and I stayed here with our puppy while getting ready for our elopement. The location was very convenient to food and activities, but not the best for puppy potty locations. There was some slight confusion with the other unit resident having the key to use the washer/dryer instead of it being in the lock box. Not having a faucet in the kitchenette area was a little awkward, but we made do! Overall, great stay. We were able to walk to all kinds of food, shopping and even the horse trolley tours!

Close to everything
If you’re looking for a place centrally located to all the bars and restaurants, it’s perfect for you. If you like to be in bed by 10pm on the weekend, it’s not the best choice. It is LOUD until 3am…constant motorcycles, music from the bar underneath. The property itself is nice, but trying to sleep is hard. The owner does provide a fairly loud fan, but it still doesn’t drown out most of it. I don’t know if it was only because it was halloween weekend, but maybe it’s not always like that. Check in was easy, it’s dog friendly, and the owner was very responsive.

We loved our stay! You are in the heart of everything, so be aware it can be noisy at night. We were able to sleep through a lot of it. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the city!

My wife and I had a great time in Wilmington. This place was wonderful. Located in the Center of it all. But just off the Main Street so the noise wants to much at night. If you’re looking to be around everything and I. The middle of all the fun. This is the place for you.

Great studio right in the middle of Riverfront. The apartment is clean and very nice. The only downside is that it can be pretty noisy at night and I would recommend faking earplugs with you.

East check in, nice place in the heart of downtown. I knew where this place was when I booked it but if you’re not familiar with Wilmington and you don’t enjoy the night life this might not be the place for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Downtown stay in Wilmington
We loved how close the condo was to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to everything downtown in no time! The place was clean & had everything we needed. The only thing I will say is— keep in mind that this condo is downtown. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper, you may hear a little night life noise on the weekends if you aren’t out with them. 😁
